As some others have already stated the people here including the management are very very rude. I went to buy candy for Halloween and chose six bags of candy that included buy one get one free. I confirmed with the clerk that it was by one get one free. She checked me out, but when I walked a few steps I noticed that I didn't get the three bags of candy. So I walked back and told her that I didn't get the free candy. She told me that I would have to use a Walgreens card. So I wanted a refund. She then stated that I would have to go to the end of the line. I had already waited behind eight people for the original purchase. If I went to the back of the line I would have to wait again for eight or nine people. She began to argue with me that I should have known I needed the card. Really? She couldn't have mentioned that? The argument got out of hand and then the manager came and started taking customers in line before me as well. I ended up leaving without a refund and without my merchandise. The owners of Walgreens need to do something about these very rude people I will never go there again as long as they work there.
The Howell Walgreens always disappoints. The staff is terribly rude or have an attitude. There is not a single employee that has said hi or smiled at this location. Jayson, Inventory Specialist, is horrible. I can’t believe he is allowed to be in charge of them store or act as a Manager. He doesn’t have the customer service skills to lead the store on his own. I’ve literally seen him through a tantrum in the store, throw a receipt and walk away. How does Walgreens allow this.
The worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. Extremely long wait lines every single time you go in. I wait about 45 min each pick up because of how slow they are. Each time I call, i wait about 15 minutes on hold. My meds have been out of stock for 5 days and the claim they have no idea when they will be in. Never in my life have I had such terrible experiences.
Most of the time when I go here the pharmacists are friendly and helpful. Not today. The pharmacist was short with the person in front of me and then was short and rude with me
Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to, and that’s a pretty high bar to clear! The rude staff are the icing on the cake. Avoid this place
So…. I’m tired of it.. For the last year that I’ve been coming to this location out of the many years I have been disrespected and talked rudely at more times than I can count. The crazy part of this complaint is that it’s all over one employee. Lynette. What an angry and incredibly rude human being. I suspect that she doesn’t like me because a year ago I had to correct her on Walgreens policies related to Green Dot deposits. She tried telling me things that were absolutely untrue to the point I had to ask for the store manager and luckily that manager corrected her. Since that day everytime I’ve been lucky enough to ask her anything she has gone out of her way to be rude and unhelpful. Often times telling me she is to busy to help and leaving me without any. Is that Walgreens policy. My next written complaint will be to Walgreens Corp as well as a phone call. The worst part of all of this is I asked the girl at the register if the woman I’m talking abouts name is Lynette just to verify and her response floored me.. why ? Was she rude to you too ? It’s pretty sad when an employee hears it so much that she knows the reason why someone’s asking the question. It’s absolutely disgusting how this woman speaks to me and to others apparently. I’m hoping Walgreens will finally correct this problem.
Customer service extremely poor, very rude, prejudice and racist! Management is terrible as well. Does not even deserve a 1 star only hit one just so I could submit.
Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and judgement, especially if you take meds for mental health. If you call to see if your doctor sent a script or if they will have in stock, they act like I should know that information. They will lie to you about anything just to rush you away. They will say they can’t refill your meds when they can, just to cause extra headaches for customers trying to navigate the already frustrating health care system. No respect for people.
Called the pharmacist with a simple question - and was answered with the rudest, most condescending tone. I get we all have bad days, but as I nurse myself, I know people are capable ofbeing kind and giving good customer service despite what else you may have going on in your day/life. Definitely won’t be going to this location for any pharmaceutical needs.
This Walgreens is staffed by lazy, rude, disrespectful employees. The store was filthy and poorly stocked. I no longer feel confident involving Walgreens in my healthy care and snacking needs. What's up with the parking lot spaces?
