This is the biggest piece of garbage Pharmacy on the face of the planet. You don't let somebody sit in the drive through line for 40 minutes you tell them to come back, wait in front of the building walk in or come back around. I literally saw 20+ cars leave. Then they are curious why I don't have my prescription picked up in time its because every time I come to this location it's absolute garbage if the drive-through is even staffed and opened. Then actually closed the whole Pharmacy down and I've seen people crying for their medication because it couldn't get it at another location. The CEO of this company needs to be fired immediately. I'd rather go to CVS and pay double then to deal with this crap. Along with that person fire every person is Pharmacy and rehire them they're incompetent pieces of garbage as the company. I got injured I can't walk I'm in line for 1 hour for antibiotics and counting..
It's kind of unimaginable that a company this big could be run this poorly, but they pull it off like rock stars. You have an appoinment? Who cares wait in line with everyone else, appointments mean nothing in the world of Walgreens. Want same day delivery? I hope you mean the same day a week later but still get charged for same day delivery. The place is so inept it deserves its own entry in the dictionary.
Absolutely the biggest joke of a Walgreens pharmacy I have ever seen. Every single time I have gone during the day there was absolutely nobody doing anything. 4 people were standing around while 10 people stood in line. After 15 minutes of no one being helped I realized it wasn't worth my time.
Sheenna was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as I printed a few pictures. I appreciate her warm smile and positive attitude. She added value for Walgreens today. This will be my preferred Walgreens.
Please fire every single person that works here. 40 minute wait at least. I have a great idea!! Maybe pay people more than McDonald's and maybe you will get some good employees. Blatant incompetence.
The rudest Walgreens pharmacy staff I’ve ever experienced. Their customer service has been terrible multiple times in the last couple months I have needed to refill prescriptions. The customer is always an inconvenience to them and they never want to help you if there’s any sort of problem. Plus both pharmacies are the crankiest people Ive ever met.
Worst customer service ever. Try and call, that's a joke. You're put on hold and the call is NEVER answered. Ask to speak to a manager, that's also a joke. Go somewhere else, anywhere else has to be better than this Walgreens. Only giving one star because they won't post with no stars
Had to deal with some goof in pharmacy named ne ne...wig on crooked, smelled like she just smoked a joint in her car. First, the wig was not even "beauty supply chain" quality, it was Halloween Express caliber. Throw it back on the floor where you found it, and use it to mop the dirty bathrooms. It's the closest that you'll get to being useful. Let's get better Walgreens!
Awful customer service. I was on the phone with pharmacy and got disconnected while trying to figure out why my prescriptions still weren’t ready when I received a text message and email saying they would be ready 2 days ago. I called the pharmacy back and was on hold for 29 minutes with no one ahead of me “in line” and no one picked up the phone. I called the store and spoke with the store manager who transferred me directly to the pharmacy and told me the pharmacy didn’t look busy and wasn’t sure why they weren’t answering. No one picked up the pharmacy direct line either. Then I attempted to call the store 3 more times and no one answered. I then attempted to call the pharmacy manager and was “disconnected” again. The pharmacy being too busy and short staffed is not an excuse for what happened tonight. I was told before I got disconnected my prescriptions would be ready tomorrow morning. I checked online and it says there is another delay! It’s unacceptable, especially knowing the pharmacy was not busy per the store manager.
This may be one of the worst Walgreens pharmacies there is! My advice: seek out another pharmacy, preferably a different chain. I get the impression the pharmacists on staff are overworked and the technicians they have are just incompetent with their job. There’s no sort of caring for the customer whatsoever by any of the staff. Please tell me why I should have to wait 2 hours for a prescribed medical device requiring no preparation aside from grabbing it off the shelf and scanning it in? Especially when there are no other pharmacy customers or drive-thru customers to worry about. Update, 2 years later: Google, can you please allow me to give this pharmacy zero stars? They closed the pharmacy 2 1/2 hours early because they were short staffed, but not before waiting over 20 minutes in line. Walgreens, consider treating employees better so you can attract decent talent and run a proper business… with a properly staffed pharmacy.
