Pharmacy staff is helpful and friendly. Prescriptions are occasionally filled faster than necessary. Some entry level staff do not know that Tylenol and acetominaphin are the same drug/medication!!
I see at least 5 people working back there in the pharmacy and yet the lady says it's gonna be a while before she can take my blood pressure. That's BS. She could of easily stepped to the side and took my blood pressure but yet she wanna put me on hold like blood pressure isn't an issue
No 24 hour Walgreens in Frayser have to drive all the way to Covington pike or union ave what a waste closed watkins st it was 24 hours now i know why i dont use Walgreens
All I can say is count your contols substance medicine at there counter in front of them I was shorted my pills but why take someones pain meds thou. They are in pain!!!!!!!!!!
