You don’t even deserve one star but Google review didn’t allow me to leave it blank. The cashier thought it would be a good idea to be disrespectful to my 72 year old mother because she couldn’t take some simple criticism regarding the fact that no one came to help her unlock an item in the hair care aisle. This cashier no name as of yet who has no business being employed in a customer service position, has zero people skills, and should be filing papers by herself in a cubicle somewhere for a living. She also refused to complete my mothers purchase and told her “ go somewhere else”, not knowing that my mother shops regularly in this store and spends more in one visit then her entire paycheck. Don’t worry, cooperate is already contacted and I have a case number in hand. Just wanted to let the public know to keep an eye on your elderly family or friends who may do business here and it’s probably not a good idea to let them come inside alone without someone to defend and protect them. I’m closing just wanted to share a fun fact about myself to little miss cashier, who will be named soon in my next review…..if you cause trouble to my mother, then I cause trouble to you. I heard Indeed has some great job opportunities. I suggest packing boxes or something from a computer at home where you have zero communication with people. You are deplorable and a horrible excuse for a customer service employee, especially in a place where the customers are elderly and may not be able to speak for themselves.
I have been a customer at this store for 10+ years and never experienced this. James a new employee followed me around the store and started at me in the mirror on the back wall as if I couldn’t see him. Keep in mind I’m the only customer in the store so it was so obvious.Then when I was walking to the front of the store he ran to the door as if I wasn’t going to pay for my two items. He needs to be made aware of how he is making regular customers feel. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I will be filing every complaint possible bc that was very unnecessary and I have never experienced that in a store.
The service I the pharmacy is terrible. We stopped by on our way back from the hospital after having a c section. We were next in line at the pharmacy drive thru. The car in front of us was being attended to for over 10 mins. As soon as they drove off, the pharmacist put up the closed sign and turned off the light. It was one minute to 10. They didn’t take into account that we had been in line for a while. It’s ridiculous. Now have to go to bed in pain. Thanks Walgreens. Helping one last person was too much to ask.
My 5 star experience is for Noah and Victoria at the pharmacy. They were extremely helpful with helping me find insulin for my daughter. Superb Customer support! Thank you!
They Answer the phone in 3 minutes for pharmacy and was extremely polite and was able to help me in 2 minutes and was cheerful. People gotta realize what pharmacy employees have gone through in the last year so people please cut them some slack . And thank them imagine the amount of lives they have saved by doing vaccines. Thank them instead of judging them or trying to belittle them . People that are born thinking there last name is entitlement
I recently shopped there for a gig-job. I had to pick up a dozen or so items. I asked this gentleman if he could help find these items. He knew where everything was. Very polite. Eager to help. Attentive, and extremely helpful. I would still be there looking for some items today if it wasn't for his help. Other customers needed help. He went to help them, then came back to help me. On more than one occasion. I asked his name, he answered James. I had to write this review. This guy went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Plus other customers also, as I mentioned. This may sound funny but I sincerely mean it with all of my heart. THIS GUY NEEDS A RAISE. Seriously, it's about 5% of retail employees that do that kind of service for customers. My opinion I wanted to make sure that management got word of how helpful you were to me on that day. And I wanted to thank you with this review. THANK YOU JAMES!!
I've never had any problems with the store, but the pharmacy is another story. Day shift pharmacy workers will see a controlled substance listed on your chart and immediately start treating you like a drug addict. Even if you are calling about something completely unrelated to that controlled substance. How can you work in a pharmacy and then judge people for the medications their doctor has deemed necessary? Maybe y'all should have gone into a different field. Graveyard workers, you're doing amazing sweeties! Keep up the good work!
They didn’t even have my prescription out of the pile of backed up ones since it was put in on Friday. I’m completely out of medication so the pharmacist suggested I have them transferred to a 24 hour store. Great I thought. But of course she didn’t tell me that some scripts can’t be transferred like mine. Walgreens NEEFS TO HIRS MORE HELP. ITS RIDICULOUS HOW BUSY THEY ARE AND OBVIOUSLY NEED HELP. IM CHANGING PHARMACIES.
The absolute worst staff in the pharmacy, Maria kept denying my medicine just to end up giving it to me , called today for new medication and said my insurance was expired, called my insurance and they said I never was expired now they’re calling Walgreens again to let them know this is another one of their mistakes , I have heart failure give me my medicine.
The Pharmacy Manager approved me switching my medications to this location which is closer to my home. Typically controlled substances have to be filled at the same location - I’m currently on state insurance which means I can only fill one month at a time. I was on furlough since 3/2020 and I finally got a job. I have training in Orlando for 3 weeks and explained my predicament because having state insurance ughhh you can’t go across the US to fill them. One of Pharmacist’s went out of her way to call the state and see if they would approve early fills so I wouldn’t go without any of my meds. Thank you to the whole staff.
