Hands down the WORST Pharmacy location EVER! Let’s start with the 30 minute wait on the phone EVERY TIME, you call in whether you’re a doctor, nurse or patient. Heck just checking the status on whether they received the prescription is almost impossible! Then they answer the phone only to immediately put you back on hold without even talking to you. Then after 27 minutes of being on hold they hang up on you because now it’s time for their lunch! I still don’t have any feedback about my prescription and I was literally standing next to the nurse when she called it in…but this Walgreens can’t tell me when it’s ready…. Last night, same situation. On hold for 30 minutes only for the the lady to finally come to the phone to say she can’t find the prescription order…what??? Call back and the same situation again. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever had to interact with and I would highly suggest Walgreens fire everyone in this pharmacy, shut it down and try again!!!

Went in to grab mascara not realizing you have to wait for the old racist hag running the department to unlock literally every beauty product. We waited about 10 minutes while she took her sweet time laughing and chatting with the white customers. My daughter asked her to unlock one of the doors and she was told that she needed to wait. Once she finally came around to us she was rude and unpleasant. She handed us the mascara and told us we could go wherever to check out and she walked off. She didn’t have any other customers waiting so she could have easily checked us out in the beauty department. She clearly has a preference on what type of customer she is happy to help. It’s quite shocking that you think your job at the Walgreens beauty counter entitles you to discriminate against people.

This review is for SIERRA and Sierra only. Thank you for taking the time to help me pick up my makeup. You made me feel confident and beautiful. You were truly a ray of sunshine for going above and beyond what was asked of you. I hope they give you a promotion or a pay raise. Ps. Think about that YouTube channel or social media because you know your stuff, girl.

Worst pharmacy I’ve been too!! I was in the hospital for severe kidney pain and the doctor prescribed me pain killers, they sent it at 3pm an hour before I was leaving, get to this pharmacy at 430 told me they don’t have anything for me. I said the hospital sent it. They said no. I called the hospital 3 times and they said they sent it and they have it, they also sent it 3 more times to them!!! this location refused to give me my pain killers told them that they were ridiculous!! The hospital told me to tell them to cancel the order I said what’s the point they “don’t have it on file” pretty pathetic that’s how they treat people! Flying back home to Canada to get actual medication with no issues!! Place is a joke wouldn’t get anything ever again from here

Worst pharmacy ever!! We have been trying to get insulin with our FULLY PAID INSURANCE for a month now, and all we get is apologies because they don't have it at the moment!! Like as if your unwanted apology will cure and act as an insulin.. When they don't have it, its okay even though we pay for the insurance, but what about if we didn't chip our copay in for one time, will it be okay for this monopolizer which takes advantage of people's pain and sell insulin more expensive than anywhere else in the world!!!

Murphy was the absolute worst. I don’t know if the store is short staffed but I was inside for an hour just to get two items i ordered online. The price was also different in the end & the response was “it’s only 50 cents”. Another customer yelled at Murphy while i was there and he was very apologetic to the customer. Then when I complained about my order and how long I’ve been in the store he responds “whatever” and used profanity towards me. I sure did use profanity back because why respond to a woman that way and not defend yourself against the man? I’m literally telling everyone including social media about this incident because this was ridiculous.

Went for a vaccine. Took an hour. Many people waiting. There were two lady pharmacists. The Asian lady was working her A$$ off. The other one, with long black hair braids, was moving slow, laughing, distracting the other one...it was better before she came back from her break.

The staff absolutely rude and more rude. I politely asked for a shopping basket, some of which were behind the tills. I was snapped at that there weren't any and that I should always bring my purchases to the front individually. insolence!!!

Employees were rude, no carts no buggies. Had to beg to use the bathroom. Only 3 stars because the coolers were tv’s
