Pharmacist shouting at me when I needed confirmation on meds for pickup since their email to me was incorrect with a missing item and never returned a confirmation. They must be overloaded and their company needs to support workers so this rating is directed to WALGREENS as the workers are being abused!!

Pharmacy is a complete joke. Scheduling vaccinations is practically useless. You'll end up waiting at least an hour after your schedule appointment. Store looks a mess. Unhelpful staff.

Pharmacy is horrible claim never recieved prescription from dr. My dr. Is great and every other Pharmacy seems to receive right away . This walgreens has the laziest rudest uncaring humans working rhere!!!!

My sister and I both have used this Walgreens. Both of us are very unhappy with some of the pharmacy team members. Their attitudes are very negative. They are very impatient with customers in person and on the phone. Quite often when calling on the phone they leave you waiting for 15 minutes or longer and then hang up on you without even speaking to you.

This Walgreens has to be the worst in the city. You can’t get through on the phone for over 40 minutes and that’s AFTER you get sent to a call center who can’t find your account. In the mean time, you can drive up, refill and wait all in less time you spend on the phone with the aggravation of repeating you at least twice, but sometimes a third time of you actually get a pharmacist.

This Walgreens is always a pleasure to shop at . Been shopping here for the past 9 years . The cashiers know pretty much my whole family from shopping here so many years . They always ask how my sister's and mom are doing .

Disgusting humans work in the pharmacy. Every month they make jump though hoops to get the medication I have been on for 7 years. I have implant that is 3"x3"x.5" electronic implant to help with pain. Today they filled one and hassle me on other. I got upset with reason. They said they would let me know. 5:05 pm, Five minutes after my Dr closes, they call to tell me I no longer fit their requirements and they have put away my other medications so I don't have any. They waited on purpose for my Dr to close before calling me. Only so I would suffer. Disgraceful!!. I am not a drug addict. I am not a criminal. I have true physical ailments and are in constant pain. This pharmacy is disgusting

They left a voicemail message that my mom’s medications were delayed but did not mentioned why. I called several times and was on hold for over 20 minutes each time without anyone answering my calls. I finally had to go to the pharmacy and waiting line 7 persons long and the drive through is even longer to find out that they did not fill the medications because the doctor ordered 30 days supply and they thought they should be 90 days. She didn’t need 90 days but I still had to wait another 30 to 45 minutes to get them filled! Total Incompetence!!

If I could give this pharmacy no stars, I would. I brought in a prescription at 10:30 last night after getting out of urgent care needing tamiflu badly. The lady who took my prescription said they didn’t have it in stock but would call another Walgreens around the corner, send them the script and then call me once they had information. Received no information, so I have no clue where my prescription even is. Called in the morning and sure enough it still isn’t available. Talked to roughly 6 different people all who know nothing while I’m stuck at home running a fever of 105 that ibuprofen isn’t touching. Eventually was told it would be ready at 3, and didn’t hear anything. Called again and it still isn’t ready. It is now almost 7pm, almost 24 hours dealing with this absolute incompetency and to say I am livid is an understatement. Avoid because clearly they have no clue what the hell they’re doing.

This is seriously the most poorly run pharmacy I’ve ever seen. The pharmacist on duty is rude and the two techs can only do so much. They need more efficient staff and better communication. Don’t even try to call.
