WHY WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU DONT LIKE CUSTOMERS? How are you rude to a 1yo girl who just wanted to say hi. Edwin has literally gave me the worst experience ever and now that I look at your reviews yall don’t even have a online team to handle the rudeness at this store.

This place is great for when I need to go to the store but I don't quite need to go to the grocery store. They develop my pictures and take care of any pharmacy needs I may have the staff is friendly and they get me in and out quickly.

No wonder your reviews are low. Customer service is a big zero. I have the RIGHT to call when i get an automated message from this store! When i call people are so rude. Yes i am calling BECAUSE YOU CALLED. When I CALL it seems as thow im bothering them. Its not my fault that you robot calls me saying something is ready. The backtalk i get is that it is not. I want my medications mailed to me because i work graveyard and i am told by your employees i have to call everytime for home delivery. So i call because the robot did, in return i call to say home delivery and the people are so drasticly rude that i am taking up there time and i am talked to like a homless person or hung up on. Im sick and tired of this treatment i am going to corprate.

I have been a customer of this store for 8 years never had a problem before but within the past 2 years I have seen a shift in the way this Walgreens customer service has declined. I myself have worked in Customer service for the past 20 years and I would be fired if I spoke to someone the way I was today. Do not go to this Walgreens on the corner of Bonanza and Eastern. They hire terrible people if I could give it a zero that's what I would give it.

Everything here is LOCKED UP. All of the makeup, lotions, skincare, shampoo, conditioner, nail polish, body wash ALL OF IT. I understand loss prevention but this makes me not even want to shop here. You can’t pick something up to read the label or ingredients, you have to wait for an employee to come and open the glass , and then they take the item up front, I don’t like feeling rushed and having someone watch over me like a hawk.

Twice I came here for my vaccine, the first time I came they didn’t have me on their list of appointments and acted as if I was just trying to do a walk in when I and my girlfriend had made an appointment, they didn’t have me anywhere on their list. They ended up just having me fill out the paperwork and taking me in, 21 days later I have to get my second vaccine and again I’m not on the list, and they told me to check if I got a confirmation email, what do you mean confirmation email? I made an appointment, either your system doesn’t work I do need a new appointment system or you guys are just forgetting to input my appointment in because there’s no way that me and my girlfriend both remember making an appointment and twice I wasn’t on the list . despite having made the appointment for today. I tried to make a walk in because I heard it on the voice com and they told me they don’t have supplies for that, wasting my day off and telling me that pretty much anywhere else can do the shop. But I checked in with you guys, made the appointment with you guys, made it specifically with the same Walgreens avoid any issues and somehow the process is repeated. Avoid this place at all costs for the pharmacy

Worst pharmacy that I ever been, they are so rude,the pharmacy has gotten worse since they put this new lady,pharmacy she is something else she has no respect for people she says what ever comes out of her mouth, she hide behind the counter and talk crazy to people and have told me many times to go some where else if I'm not happy with her services I am trying to find me a better nnpharmacist ever body n

One of the filthyest Walgreens I've been in good grief no knows about or where anything is.... The pharmacist department definitely needs better respectful response ppl who are polite and have dignity
