Excellent stock, best pricing from the rest, neighborhood could be a little edgy, but it's the city, therefore, "heads on a swivel people," you're your best security, although, the store has armed security, totally a plus. All in all I give it , gotta dock them for Pharmacy Hours.

The posted store hours do not reflect Hours of operation which are, in actuality, dictated based on the whims of management. Came in to pick up a package and I was made to wait outside the store for 20 min and then around photo pickup for an additional ten minutes until he finally thought to do his job.

Store looks like it's falling apart with ceiling pieces missing and caution tape up. Looks like water damage throughout the store. Really doesn't even look like it should be open or safe to be in. Also they're not "currently able to sell any food items" no idea what that's about.

This Walgreens store is pretty good.. great customer service.. range of over the counter drugs.. I never needed that but whatever I look for, I usually find there.. not just as a pharmacy, but great as general store too. Photo-studio is good to go for sudden needs..convenient for transportation as the bus stop and subway station situated just there.. they redid the milk and the frozen section which I loved!

Slow or non-existent service and poorly stocked. Everything locked up due to homeless addicts and looters, and nobody available to open cases. The look of apathy in the eyes of the cashiers is overwhelming.

Giving 2 stars due to the convenience of the location. I’ve never had an issue with the pharmacy here but it’s been a few years. The store itself has gotten so bad over the last year or so. Many more things are locked up than there used to be, and good luck finding an employee to help you to retrieve an item that you need and were going to pay for. I waited for 15 minutes after hitting the assistance button, which gets announced over the whole store and no one was available to help so I left. I’m not blaming the employees - companies need to pay and treat their workers better and maybe people would actually want to work there and the store could have enough staff. The shelves were practically empty except for the locked items. Crazy times. They had a police officer sitting inside the store. The way I see it, it’s only a matter of time before this location closes.

I've always seen Walgreens @Br.Snyder, a reputable store. I've also been shopping in this store for 40 years. Today was the Worst experience, I was buying laundry detergent and I seen a Sale on Arm & Hammer Pods for 1.99 until June 17th. Upon getting to cashier Phirum it rung up a different price. I went to get Sale label. She called her Manager Albert, he called someone on the phone and spoke in another Language. Afterwards he told me that price was a Mistake and he wasn't going to Honor the Sale price but he could give me the product for 25% off. Now we All know that's Not Appropriate Customer service. They were Supposed to Honor the Sale Label that the store put on the Product!!!! On my way out the door I told Albert that I would be notifying Corporate, he said Go Ahead..The Security Guard told me I was the Second person that they did this too today.

thieves and/or low shipment, have made this store look deserted. there's even an armed officer. many shelves are practically empty on a regular basis. i was only able to make my purchase because the items were locked behind a glass unit.

I love this store! The employees are nice and try their best to keep everything stocked and organized….But I feel so bad they have to deal with all the theft. You really need some security there. Please consider something asap. I’m seeing everyone walk out with a ton of free things. Not enough stocked for those of us who actually purchase.

Came once again on 6/9/2022 and was serviced by a young woman at the pharmacy counter. The way she speaks to customers is so rude and condescending. This is the last straw. BEWARE The pharmacy at this Walgreens location is literally THE WORST and it has been this way for years. I’m not sure how they’re still even open. There’s always a long line with only one pharmacy tech checking people out. You ask them questions about your prescriptions or medications and they look at you with a blank look and no helpful answers. The pharmacist is horrible. Hiding in the back letting the pharmacy techs take care of everything up front even though they’re all not very competent. Brought my grandpa in for a walk in covid booster shot today and wasn’t aware they didn’t do that anymore so I had to make an appt online. Tech told me it should be quick since no one was there. We had to wait over an hour because the “pharmacist was going on his break in ten mins”. I asked if they could make an exception bc my grandpa is very elderly and unwell and they refused yes, within their rights. However, we came back and guess what, he let the pharmacy tech administer the vaccine in the little room while HE STAYED IN THE BACK and didn’t even provide supervision. Horrible, horrible practices here. Stay away!!!
