I come here like once or twice a year. The pharmacy techs are actually pretty nice and caring. The problem is the nonstop spam this company uses. Regardless of subscription status they just keep emailing you now. It used to be once a week now it’s like twice a day begging me to come to their store.
Terrible online inventory! This is my third time ordering for pick-up, as the website shows items in stock in-store, but the store actually has none. Also, the pick-up fulfillment wait time takes forever, unlike what was stated on the website—ready in 30 minutes. Sometimes, it's not available until the next day or near closing time. Worst experience.
The people that work here are rude and obnoxious. Not willing to help anyone. Came inside to get some medicine and my 3 year old needed to use the bathroom. Someone told me it was downstairs and to the back. We get downstairs and the people cleaning said they just cleaned the bathroom and we couldn't use it. Then they continued by saying they didn't have a bathroom available for customers and that they didn't need to give us special treatment. Avoid at all costs!
Their selection of snacks and drinks is limited. They do have some options, but not a lot. The store is very small and doesn't have much of a selection for much of anything, including toiletries. However, the staff members are very friendly and helpful.
The front counter ladies are very nice
I know it’s a privilege but I’ve never been watched by a police officer while trying to find popcorn. I guess theft is a problem but don’t police in DC have something better to do than give me an anxiety attack in the snack aisle? I went in the store with my girlfriend and son to get snacks to take back to our hotel and the entire time cop man is staring me down. The cashiers were nice but they were beefing with a coworker who kept staying in the back room. I tried to break the tension by saying hello to the officer and he continued to stare me down in silence. It started to feel like the twilight zone.
Doesn’t answer the phones, inaccurate information online, you have to physically show up to check on prescriptions to then be told they’re out of stock.
Worst experience so far. I ordered a photo printout from here and when i got there for thr pickup it was not ready for another 30mins. While we were waiting i brought a drink and it taste and smell like a garbage and i complain it to them.. And the they reply. We cant do anything there is the garbage. If i could be able to give - 5/5
One very rude employee. The rest were nice and genuine. I asked her if I could throw away a drink in the garbage behind her since the one by the registers was full, and she said no in a rude tone. I then proceeded to tell her that the reason was because the trash was overfilled,m and she then replied “ I don’t care” she then call the next customer in line so she would not have to speak to me any more. Very unsatisfactory experience because of one employee with poor customer service.
This is the best pharmacy experience I've ever had. The manager Jennifer C., every pharmacist, every technician I've had here has been friendly, competent, and fast. They have incredibly quick service, and I love how automated Walgreens' system is. Five stars.
