Walgreens

They had what I needed and I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. The only issue I had with getting in and out is that this is a very busy street corner and it's hard to get in and out. Beyond that, it's a good location and they still have a photo development area.

Walgreen is where I do all my prescription business and Vitamins. Kiawanis and 12th is my store. Shop there weekly. Friendly and fast. Well today they had a product on clearance and were sold out so drove to 26th str. store they had one left but package was damaged. I bought it and then drove to 41st Louise Ave store to see if could find one there. I did but saw it was $2.00 more. asked sales clerk if they would honor the price it was at the other two stores. She said NO!! I explained that I drove clear out of my way being one store was out and other store had a damaged box of the hair color. Taylorsp? and Sharon both said "NO" because our store is seperate from other stores. Each Walgreens runs seperate from the other stores. I explained I was a huge customer and at the time was buying $80.00 of vitamins etc., but they said sorry absolutely nothing we can do here. It's our store policy! I felt being elderly and riving in inclemnet weather this was bad store business. Thus will not shop at Walgreens on Louise and 41st anymore! Debbie

I had a wonderful experience at this Walgreens. The pharmacist Tim went above and beyond to help me when I ran into issues with my medication. He spent lots of time going over things with me and was so helpful. Morgan was awesome too!! Those two were great. Great experience and now my new favorite Walgreens! Thanks Guys! 5/5

Customer service was great. Store was clean. What I don't understand is the sign on the door that says masks are recommended unless you are fully vaccinated when it's already been put out there that you can still get the virus if you are vaccinated. If you can get it ....... you can give it.

This has got to be the worst managed Walgreens in the United States. Whenever I'm in Sioux Falls it's the closest, unfortunately, because I always wait in line at least 15 minutes while a cashier figures out how to work his machine, or a manager bumbles around trying to help them, usually without much success. If this store wasn't on 41st Street by the mall it would be out of business. Manager should be fired.

The customer service was great! I came in Jul 23rd at 5pm. The lady working the register was very friendly, helped me ro find someone I was looking for, and helped me save money by doing the rewards program. Big 5 stars for her.

Thanks Tim for going above and beyond answering questions and making sure I was fully informed with the medication and diagnosis I was given. I truly appreciate it and already referred my sister and her husband to speak with you next time they need to pick up his Parkinson's medication. EDIT: Kathy has been great for years!!!

“Drug store” yet I can’t get my medications!??!?

Rating for the pharmacy. I am from Missouri, awoke with a sinus infection today and we are driving to SD for a family member’s funeral. My doctor called in an antibiotic for me at my local Walgreens and I stopped at this Walgreens on my way through and had my prescription with in a few minutes and was back on the road! Thank you so much!! Awesome job!!

I would rate this 0 stars because of Tom! I believe his last name started with S I asked a simple question and got snapped at! I ignored it at first but he kept on being RUDE! Then got wrong price because of labeling!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! If I were management I would evaluate this guy!
