If you are looking for a pharmacy go quite literally anywhere else. I don't know if they don't pay their pharmacy techs enough or just can't get people hired, but this place is a mess. I'm currently on day three without a needed medication. After stopping in and almost two hours on hold, I still have nothing. They are quite frequently out, the notes you can leave are either not visible to them or are just getting completely ignored. If you have life-saving medications, save your own life, and go ANYWHERE else in the area, this is not worth anyone's time.
Worst pharmacy in Moorhead hands down! They never have my son seizure Medications in stock I'm constantly getting partial refills. And then they can't add and argue with me about how many meds should be in the bottle every month and when I can refill. You'd think a pharmacist would know how to count. Now they keep closing due To staffing issues. If you're on medications that's life-saving and critical medications. Please don't go through this pharmacy. You will not be pleased and they will let you suffer
Idk who in the heck trains the pharmacy workers but they are extremely poorly trained! I understand being understaffed as I work in the restaurant industry. But it is flipping ridiculous that someone can get a job they know nothing about! The GM of the 30th Ave location needs to do something about this problem! I’ve been getting medication from this pharmacy for 6 years now! All of a sudden the pharmacy has become nothing but headache and added on non nessary stress in my life! Start thinking about your customers more and their needs not your needs employees! No wonder why you’re getting so many negative reviews. This is to the GM of the store fix the problem or quit your job! Because you’re doing a terrible job running the the Walgreens straight into the ground!
This is the worst pharmacy ever. It takes several days to get prescriptions filled, sometimes you have to call them to bring attention to your prescription in order to get it filled. But calling them is a whole separate ordeal, there are always several people waiting, I even had to wait half an hour once! They are very serious about their meal breaks. One time I got there at 1:29 & they turned me away even though it would have taken only 2 minutes to give my prescriptions to me. They also seem to unexpectedly close at odd times so you can’t get your prescriptions until they “decide” to open again. I’m guessing they’re understaffed. I’m currently looking for another pharmacy.
Well stocked. Staff are friendly and helpful. Little disorganized and price labels have too many prices listed.
This place is understaffed. I have nothing against the employees working there. They're doing the best they can but they need additional pharmacy techs.
They never have your medications filled in a timely manner. Sometimes, we've gone back 3 times, and we still had to wait 20 minutes or more in the drive-thru or in line! I definitely wouldn't recommend this pharmacy!
The pharmacy is so understaffed it sometimes feels impossible to get a prescription filled. They are chronically out of stock, wait times over the phone are often 10 minutes or more, and there is often a line both in-store and at the drive-thru. I can't continue to worry if my meds will be filled on time every month, so I am looking elsewhere.
Customer service is terrible. At the front counter and in the pharmacy. When you call the photo department, and no one picks up, it transfers you to the next available department. I got answered with “hello?” “Hi, I’m calling to see if my photos are ready for pickup?” “Umm I don’t know, I’m not in photo.” Ugh. I’ve already switched pharmacies, and looks like I’m going to have to drive into Fargo to get anything.
Terrible with prescriptions they take forever to fill just one medication!! I been waiting over 4 days!
