Do not go there for vaccine if possible. The stuff is rude and it takes more than an hour for a scheduled appointment. When people in front of us complained, the stuff said you can cancel the appointment or complain on the website…

The staff is very respectable and helpful. I was assisted by Ayman from the pharmacy that simplified the prescription process. He made me feel comfortable about the different medications I was picking up and buying where as in the past other pharmacy workers had me feel uncomfortable. Truly a charm to see him every time. :

I visited the location at 1080 Broadway. This is my local Walgreens. I get my prescriptions filled here. Never had a bad encounter with a rude sales associate .. well today was the day. I was there about 1pm. She was packing out some merchandise. I was patient. I said “hello” when she went to the register. She ignored me. She never uttered a word. She got out a bag but I recalled I have a bag, she got even more annoyed because opening a brown paper was a lot of effort. She never asked me if I have a Walgreens card...never told me to put my phone number so I can get extra savings. I had the basket on the counter. She was just snatching the items from the basket that was closer to me instead of her pulling the basket closer to her. Oh, then she was friendly with the person behind me. My advice to you ... you are in customer service, if you hate your job please quit. Your managers need to retrain you in customer service. If you are having a bad day your customers don’t need the attitude.

I honestly have never had better service at a pharmacy. They have gone above and beyond. I have a medicine that my insurance company gives me so much trouble on. And they literally wait until the day I am out to give me more. It has been a nightmare. I talked with them about this and they have handled it all themselves. They weren't calling me and my doctor a thousand times. I am so impressed, and so grateful to have found a pharmacy like this. Not only is the pharmacist amazing but everyone at the front desk, when I call. Always top notch service. Thank you!

The staff here are horrible. There were 5 people standing around at the checkout counter and only 1 cashier was open. I went with my boyfriend to make a return and when I asked questions the *male* cashier would address my boyfriend and not me.

Above and beyond in customer service from store associate Ayman. After being in the hospital for an hysterotomy I went inside the store to get assistance with my son school project. The project required a family tree and being that I cant draw we went inside the store to purchase a picture to put on a poster board. Ayman was able to assist me by not only advising what to purchase but took the time to draw a tree. I will forever be grateful as a single mom for her help.

Their automated customer service over call is pathetic but in-person service is great. You can walk up to the Covid testing drive-thru window even if you don’t drive. Booking an appointment prior is helpful.

Covid testing was pretty seamless. Drove up to the Pharmacy window. Showed my confirmation and ID to the attendant. The nice lady handed me a few papers and the cotton swab. She provided me with instructions. I took the swab out of the packaging, I swabbed my nose, placed swab back into the packaging. Handed it back and was done. This location has a 24 hour turnaround for results and I received my results in 2 hours which was amazingly fast, it was probably a slow Sunday at the lab‍. If you can get an appointment slot, I recommend it.

Honestly love this place for getting plan bs for my girlfriend. The dude at the pharmacy really showed care about my situation and I really liked it. I think his nametag said his name was Ayman and well, he also has a cool name.

Kayla from the Pharmacy was able to make my first experience here memorable which is why i decided to leave her a review! She took every route possible to help me find what I need. I appreciate her service and if anyone is looking for a patient and friendly associate, I recommend Kayla :
