Slowest Walgreens I have ever been to in my entire life. The store counter checkout puts zero effort trying to get though customers in a reasonable amount of time. Wastes time small talking some of them excessively while they have a line of over 5 people waiting.
They never answer the phone. I waited at the drive thru window, pressing the call button for over 20 minutes. When the pharmacist finally came to the window, she was rude to me! Judging by the reviews left it seems management doesn't care to improve customer service.
The pharmacy department was very rude, unprofessional and had HORRIBLE customer service. They made me wait for my medication in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. I'd rather travel further down the road to another 24-Hr Walgreens Store.
They never pick up the phone. Even after the waiting queue is over, the phone keeps on ringing and they keep on putting it on hold.Seems like everyone is complaining about the same issue here. It is ridiculous that the situation has not improvised still. Will change my pharmacy.
