This pharmacy lies about availability of life sustaining medication. Last time I was physically in the pharmacy part of the store at the window I heard the pharmacist instruct her underling to tell the patient at the drive through “tell her it’s in Dallas and we don’t have it.” I also overheard the drug ordered which was extremely uncomfortable it was the same one I was picking up for my boyfriend that had just been handed to me. I have never been so disgusted and offended. I am leaving this “company” for CVS
Scheduled my COVID booster shot with their pharmacy and when I showed up the COVID counter was unstaffed. The other counters ignored me and helped people that arrived after me until I left. Zero queue management/guidance.
I had to come 3 times to the pharmacy every time they said come tomorrow we have to order it! the Tech was so rude and the pharmacist she ignored like nothing happened and when I ask her she said we so busy!!, I have to leave work to get my Baby medication and finally i had to transfer the prescription to different pharmacy .
Worse Walgreens ever!!! Rude set of individuals. Not willing to help you. They would literally tell you to come and pick up your prescription over the phone, only for them to tell you to wait for another hour to get it. Had to come check the reviews after my experience.
I came here for my flu shot and covid booster. The staff in the Pharmacy Department was fantastic. I didn't even feel the needles.
Tried to call to fill prescription; they put me on hold without even saying 'please hold' and had me waiting over 10 min. I submitted a refill request online for same-day pickup 1 pm, received a confirmation email, went to the store a few hours later to pick up and they said they never received the online request and asked if I'd be able to come back in a few hours to pick up my medications. I went back the next day and they said they didn't have anything for me. Then they found one of three medications but said it wouldn't be covered by insurance. They didn't even say 'have a nice day' They were great the first time I went, I don't know what happened between then and now. :/
The store is good but won’t recommend to keep this as your pharmacy. It took me more than an hour to get a flu shot. The pharmacy is understaffed.
Went here to get some excedrian and a soda a black girl with two little puff balls was extremely rude everyone here was rude! And unprofessional never again I see why they have 2.7 stars probably because there nasty attitude!!!!
Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Answer the phone w out saying hello, just silence until you say something. Also hung up on me. Continuously show they don’t care.
I've had good and bad experiences with this Walgreens. I'm grateful it's more good. First, this location has limited products, so it's not the best place to shop. There's a CVS and Kroger's across the street, so you have options. Most of my experiences have been with the pharmacy. Sometimes, I go, get my medication and everything is fine. I have had issues with them filling a prescription once before, which was a huge ordeal because of their poor communication amongst themselves and with me. The pharmacist eventually fixed it but it was a pain in the butte that lasted 2 weeks. The lines in the drive thru for prescriptions are always long...don't expect to go in and out. They're definitely busy and I'm not sure if it's a lack of staff or what. Either way, it's tolerable.
