My experience with the pharmacy manager at Walgreens was exceptionally disappointing. Not only did she exhibit a complete lack of courtesy and professionalism, but she also refused to provide me with my necessary medication. To compound the frustration, this wasn't the first occurrence; for the second time, the manager from the pharmacy from Walgreens was rude to my mom. Such behavior is utterly unacceptable, and I hope Walgreens addresses these issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and respect.
At times you encounter a long wait at checkout cause they register new members to Walgreens rewards, returns, ECT.. but its location is great and some staff go that extra mile.
Thank you, Walgreens, for having a drive-thru pharmacy , I was very sick and needed a covid test. I was negative, but thanks to the drive-thru , I didn't expose anyone else to what I had.
Arrived at 8:00 opening to be told that the store wouldn’t be open for an hour. When I arrived 4 hrs later, the restrooms were disgusting I had to use the men’s. When I asked for help finding something, the employee was rude and made me feel like I was incompetent. Literally said “It’s right here while using her hand to box out the product… mind you, what I was looking for was not “specifically named that”. The cashier at the front was amazing and super sweet.
Went there to get my baby’s prescription and a Mexican lady said the prescription was wrong, my baby was sick and I’m glad on a different Walgreens another lady help me, this Walgreens is trashhh do not go here
Daniel the cashier was extremely rude to me during a paypal load. He talked back to me after I requested a manager. He said, "Do you want to count it yourself!!!?" Even the cashier next to him shaked her head in acknowledging that he was being extremely unprofessional and a bit arbitrarily. When the "shift leader" Chris came over Daniel left the scene. I told Chris what happened and he took care of the transaction. No apology. No nothing. But he did quickly handle the transaction. I'm very upset iver this. I definitely want someone in upper management to contact me. If no one does I am calling corporate offices. Daniel needs ro be trained how to take care of customers. Honestly there for a second he looked like he wanted to take it a step forward and perhaps even try to initiate a fight. He was very mad that I asked for a manager which the other cashier did.i will never go back to this Walgreens!!!!
This location has always been horrible, terrible and a poor excuse for a Walgreens store and pharmacy. I've been coming to this location for over 22 years as I live nearby. They are and always have been understaffed. It has absolutely nothing to do with covid. The workers at the store are never around and they usually only have 1 register open. Even if there are 8 or 10 people in line only 1 register is open! Don't get me started on the deplorable conditions of the pharmacy and their complete lack of customer service and professionalism. You will always have to hold for at least 10 to 15 min to get them to answer their phone. You will always wait at least 15 to 25 min in your car if you go through the drive thru or even if you go inside to pick up your prescription and it's during the week!! They are supposed to close the pharmacy at 6pm on Saturday and they consistently close 5 to 7 min before then, completely unacceptable. The Regional Manager will be notified along with a formal complaint being filed with the state. Do better, no excuses.
I had an awesome experience at this store on 5/16/22. I was assisted by Emilio and Rachel. Their customer service was over the top. They both exceeded my expectations on this visit. Thank you Walgreens for these amazing employees. They are both great team players and a perfect fit for this company. Thank you Emilio and Rachel for your assistance on this day. I highly recommend this store to my family and friends.
First of all let me say I love Walgreens. Their store is usually clean. The displays are all stocked and looks nice. Big variety of makeup, skin beauty and hair essentials. Basically they have everything you could want so this is where I usually go. The other day in the late afternoon 10-30 to stop and get an Xbox pass for my daughter. When I couldn't find a certain one that I was looking for we had saw a young gentleman walking down the aisle I had asked him if he worked there and his reply was "maybe" I only asked because I didn't see a name tag visible. But his response was uncalled for. When I had said "excuse me?" He replied with "what happen" Then I proceeded to tell him what I was looking for. I finally saw his name tag and his name was Daniel. I think Daniel needs a reminder on exactly what "customer service" means.
Placed a order and allowed for substitutions of any brand. It still got canceled. You can’t tell me that all the face wash in the store has been sold out
