Walk and Talk Therapy

I first reached out to Clay when I moved to NYC and was in the throws of dating and trying to figure it all out. There was so many things I enjoyed about my time with Clay. 1) you can't beat his novel unique concept of walking/talking therapy - it is all about efficiency right? get exercise while figuring your dating life out? It was a no brainer. 2) I didn't have much prior experience with therapy but I knew I didn't want to hear "and how does that make you feel" therapy. Clay is the opposite and exactly what I was looking for. He is an active participant providing helpful practical advice. 3) Finally, although Clay is wonderful, offers great guidance, and I enjoyed our sessions I wasn't seeking a lifetime of therapy. And he doesn't at all make you feel pressured to continue to meet with him - unless, of course, you want to. I found his advice to be not only solid, but allowed me to see things from a different perspective I may have not thought of. I highly recommend Clay and have sent many friends his way.
