10/10 would recommend this company to everyone. Not only was their receptionist extremely helpful but she was also very discreet and understanding. The tech. they sent out, Ben, was super informative and polite. Everything they use is pet friendly, didn’t make my house stink and very reasonable. They definitely seem like they know what they’re talking about and how to take care of your home.
My first time with the company and have to say it was so easy to set up an appointment with sunshine whom accommodated me through text because I was at work. My service day arrived 2 days later and Cosme not only asked to come early because he was ahead of time but when he came took me through the process and was extremely personable. Did a great job! Definitely recommend. I felt as a customer very appreciated and not just another client added to their books. Also very reasonably priced.
We had multiple companies come out to find why my wife and I were getting bitten. They told us it was in our heads. Lucas from Walker came out for a free inspection. He spent 2 hours on a Friday afternoon and was very thorough. He found the problem and scheduled service to resolve it. Chad came out and performed the service. They were both incredibly polite, professional, and thorough. We couldn't be happier with their service.
Ben was friendly, professional, and quick! Walker Pest has taken care of my home for years and they always do a great job. Sunshine gets back to you quickly when scheduling an appointment and if I have any issues in between my regular service times, they take care of it in a timely manner.
We're new to the region and bought a house large home in need of some pest management; Ben, the technician, is new with the company but was still very knowledgeable and professional. He was great answering questions and working through the payment and follow-up arrangements and such. We'll see how the management goes, but Ben was very reassuring and we're excited to have these insect pests under control!
I can't say enough about Walker Pest Management. What superb service we received yesterday from Adam! He was prompt, knowledgeable, and so professional in the unique situation that we had. We highly recommend this wonderful company and look forward to calling on them again soon.
