We were told by another company that we needed a new alternator and they recommended Wally's. Took our car in to make that happen and they called saying that the alternator was actually fine. They could have just done the job and gotten paid for it, but they were honest and they didn't even charge us for the time they took to look at it. We will definitely be going back!

Way to screw people over. My daughter took her car in for a belt replacement. They had issues finding the right belt, replaced the belt changed the oil. And then they told my daughter after we paid for everything told her that her air compressor needs replaced and it would cost about $1200. Never told her her options. While my daughter is not knowledgeable about cars her parents are. All they had to do was put a smaller belton and bypass the unit. Way to take advantage of a single mom trying to her best to make it.

I took my car in for a misfiring cylinder and was quoted anywhere from $200 to $350 based on replacing spark plugs, wiring, distributor, etc. When I picked the car up the charge was $44. I was shocked. They said the problem was that a few of the spark plugs were not gapped correctly so they only had to gap them and all was good. they could easily have overcharged me and told me they did more. This was the second time they have taken care of me in such an honest and cost effective manner. They have made me a customer for life!

Took them 4 hours to misdiagnose my car then offer to fix it for over half of what I paid for the car. Only reason I went there was because it was close. Won’t make that mistake again
