Was a great experience at this location , small wait time and professional crew here . Unlike the guys in the walmart on louise Avenue , Sioux falls SD. Very unprofessional at Louise Avenue Joe,Jon and Gage 2 of them being managers declined me service and Joe just wouldnt do anything he wouldnt even look my vehicle up in wal mart's system . Declined service and typed on paper that it was a unsafe work environment? All I wanted was tires rotated and balanced as I'd paid for rotate and balance for the life of the tire . Declined service 2 days in a row . Just save yourself some time and dont go to Louise avenue Store . Oh by the way Gage got fired guess I wasnt the only one having issues with him
Customer service is horrible at this place. I have never met a more unfriendly group of people. Will not come here again. There can be no one else they are helping and still ignore you when they walk by. As if they are so busy they can't even let you know someone will be with you shortly.Service: Auto tire replacement
So I went in today 2/1/2022 around 10:50 am. I was standing at the service counter waiting to speak with a tech about work I needed done on my vehicle. There was 2 people in front of me and that wasn't a problem but then the employee that was working the counter looks up and about as rude as you can get goes if you want service go wait by the fence and just so you know we would be lucky to get you in it's about a 2 hour wait. I can go for people have bad days but guess what it is a custom service job and the level that the employee displayed was less then acceptable. I manage a place and if I saw one of my employees act like that for no reason like this one did I would terminate thier employment immediately.
Go to Empire Oil instead. Empire gets you in and out in under 30 mins. Anywhere but here. Here they take an hour just to tell you they drained your oil and can’t change it hereService: Oil change
Absolute display of incompetence. Came early in the morning to get rotation. They seized, cross threaded and stripped almost half my lugs. Some short red head guy didn't even know the car I had getting the manufacturer wrong twice when he said it's ready, and nearly broke my transmission and toe arms cranking on seized bolts with a breaker bar. I feel like I should have never trusted a monkey with such an easy task, I'm kind of surprised my stuff isn't stolenService: Tires
Was told it would take an hour to mount 4 tires on my cars got them the keys at 515pm 845pm still waiting on it. What drove me crazy was the guy doing it never left the car, un bolt a tire and then take a break sitting next to the car on his phone. I think he answered a text or phone cal every 3 minutes.
Was told the wait for an oil change was going to be about an hour and a half. After three hours, I was told that they did not have the correct oil for my car. I specifically asked the attendant while checking in my car if they had the right oil, he reassured me he would check. Now I have wasted three hours and still have to change my oil. Wasn't even offered any sort of compensation for my time. Horrible.
Told me 1 hour to get 4 tires put on and balanced. It's been an hour and they haven't even started taking the tires off. Absolutely ridiculous. Nobody has said anything to me as I've been standing here the whole time waiting. Won't be coming here again. Also won't recommend anyone here either. Waste of time. 4 guysnot doing very much besides stand around and one working in vehicles that came after me. Told them to go ahead and not work on it and bring it somewhere else. Like are you kidding me!
I dropped in about 45mins before closing at -27 degrees outside. I asked if they could please put on some hubcaps I had purchased and put air in tires. Being disabled, and elderly I couldn't have done this myself. The young man there was at first not sure about the hubcaps but soon came back and said yes!! He did all these things for me - it was so nice of him. I tried my best to give him a tip BUT no - he couldn't take it. I was very blessed and wish more people would step up as he did to help someone out. I am more grateful than that young man will ever know!! God bless him!!
So we came in for an oil change and three hours later got a call that instead of an oil change, they poured out the transmission fluid. They told us we needed to tow the car and find a place that could pour in new transmission fluid because here they do not have the tools to do that. They did offer to return money for the towing and new transmission fluid, but it’s pathetic that we had to waste time to figure this out- we have work the next day and now do not have a car to get around because of this mistake. I do not understand how they got the transmission fluid and the oil mixed up.. if I could give this place negative five starts I would. We are expected to be paying the price of towing and all other expenses before Walmart refunds our money which is pathetic because what if we did not have the money to do that? Seriously not happy at all. Disappointed.
