The return department is THE WORST! They put the slowest people on the register meanwhile the line is long as hell! Steffanie is literally repackaging a freekin return at a snail’s pace while ignoring the long ass line! Never again will I pay a bill here!
My recent visit to Walmart was incredibly disappointing. While the store appeared clean and organized, my experience at the checkout was anything but satisfactory. The cashier overcharged me, which was frustrating enough, but what made matters worse was the rude and dismissive behavior of the supervisor from the 2:30pm Wednesday shift. Instead of offering an apology or attempting to rectify the situation, the supervisor's attitude towards me was shockingly disrespectful. I was essentially told to leave without any acknowledgment of their mistake. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. As a result of this experience, I have decided never to return to this Walmart location. Furthermore, I will be sharing my negative experience with friends and family, advising them to avoid this Walmart altogether. It's disheartening to see such disregard for customers, and I hope management takes steps to address these issues in the future.
The Hot Wheels bin is unacceptable and needs to be addressed and fixed. This looks horrible and stop dumping new cases on top of older stuff..there's a bunch of theft in that bin because of this practice. These need to be hung up on pegs. The item stacked sky high is a violation of height, safety reasons. This needs to be fixed or these actions will be reported to the CEO of the company. 9/28/24 Update: The Hot Wheels bin still hasn't been fixed and they are just dumping new cases on top of the Old destructive Hot wheels cardbacks. This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed and hung on pegs.
You need to do better . Was there the other day to get shoes for my son and socks for my son. Got the shoes right away. Then waited 20 minutes for no one to show up at the case to unlock the socks. Y’all need to do better. Even the deodorant is locked up. For what? Going there to shop could take you over 3 hours and you would only get two or three things
You can't go wrong by going to Walmart. They always have everything I need. One-stop shop! Their clothing is very good quality. Their "great value" brand is definitely competition to all the higher end brands out there!
First time here, lots of parking, larger store, not very crowded, lots to choose from. Clean. Had to return an item and the women helping was friendly. Would return and recommend.
Did you know that Walmart doesn't close until 11:00 p.m. at night, so it's really nice to have nothing to do at night, so you can go to Walmart and look at the wide variety of products. I myself will stare at one place for a long time to look at my favorite computers, small electronic products and stationery for designing and printing, and I'll stare at that place for half an hour, and I'll carefully use my phone to translate the products into English, and I'll forget about that kind of concentration! I'm so happy.
I understand that they're trying to keep theft down. But having to wait 30 minutes on someone to unlock the deodorant is ridiculous, if they even show up at all. Why are hair clips locked? Why are batteries locked behind the cash register? I literally spent 30 minutes searching for batteries, asked several employees who said at the front knowing they're locked behind 1 register but didn't assist me at all in trying to get them. And why do the employees seem like we're bothering them for wanting necessary items. It's like they really do just want us shopping online. It's getting frustrating.
The only thing is bugging me is everything thing is behind the lock cabinet and takes forever to get help. But it has always been my go-to place since 2006. Miss old 24-hour open time.
Might be the worst managed Walmart I’ve been to in years. It took 25 minutes for anyone to come unlock the watches. When the employee did come to unlock it, dude was stoned out of his mind with a stained uniform and acted like we were crazy for wanting to buy a watch. Just go to the target down the street.
