Walmart Neighborhood Market

Food selection, prices and quality are good. Nearly everything in the health and non-food is locked up. Loss prevention person was loudly complaining of people entering through the exit (which technically is marked but the sign is behind two layers of glass and window tint to be unreadable). Upon exit you'll be demanded to show your receipt, which coming from the Midwest is really weird; making me feel like there's a mugging waiting to happen upon exit.

Clean, well stocked, helpful, friendly, not "Huge" big box feel, good produce, prices; and our "corner" store. We usually walk there and back when the weather's nice.

Local supermarket, frequented by many residents of the large surrounding neighborhood. Can be quite busy(especially at check-out) if you go during peak hours and days. It is practically encircled by apartments and other residential buildings, and it's the only supermarket within walking distance for many. Walmart Neighborhood Market also has an in-store pharmacy, deli with ready-to-eat items, and fresh produce.

A good place to get the basics at Walmart prices, although they do charge 25 to 50 cents more on somethings than the super Walmarts. If you like self check out, they have several always available, but if you want to use a cashier, always takes 30 minutes or more to check out.

Super friendly management and associates. I wish all Walmart Neighborhood Markets and Super Centers were so friendly.
