Walmart Neighborhood Market

This is one of the Best Walmart's I have been to.I went today to the Pharmacy to have my RSV shot the Pharmacist and Pharmacy Employees are Always Friendly,Kind and Respectful and Professional. The Employees at Registers and Workers Always are Helpful Smiling and they make you feel Welcomed. Neighborhood Walmart Westbank Expressway Gretna Louisiana. Keep up the Great Work.

The line was extremely long I only had 1 items I have a 5 year old son with autism that was having a behavior I decided to go to the customer service line like I have done at numerous Walmarts but unfortunately the lady this evening didn’t allow me to and she only had 1 other person beside myself she told me to go in the other line once I got to her she said she knew it was long but they moving kind of fast there were no body behind me once she made the statement she wasn’t doing no transactions unless it was money service again I only had one item my son with autism pull ups now I haven’t had this problem at no other location not even out of state. I want to know the policy behind this because it caused a more inconvenience for my son the other customers and it was pure laziness it was no real reason if they didn’t have other customers at the time that was handling money issues if anything it was another customer that was trying to purchase something like myself I will never come back to this store

I didn’t get their name, but the two ladies working the self check out on August 28 at approximately 7:35 were incompetent in helping me and had the most horrible attitude then asked to see my receipt after she seen the other lady had already checked it.

It’s always something wrong with the money services then I had to wait ten minutes just for them to tell me it was down. YALL ARE GARBAGE!!! Yall also need to hire people with better attitudes that actually wanna help because if I cussed yall out in there ima look crazy. DO BETTER!!!!

By 11am they are out of everything. You would think they would restock more than once. Nothing but self-checkout. Since the average customer does not know what they're doing when checking out the line is to the back of the store. Also they never have carts. The pharmacy is a saving grace. They are very efficient.

Just wanted to thank the lady with the braids at checkout!! I'm so sorry I didn't get your name, I was in a panic with my bank/debit card about to freaking break! I just want to say thank you so much for helping me out with the issue and getting my card to work!!! ! You're an angel! Thank you dearly with every ounce of my heart and love!!!! The app finally worked in the parking lot today for me. It's a big plus to check my list before I get into the store, still sitting in my car. Wi-Fi finally ok at the pickup, so the app finally works to notify the associate of the parking location. While I'm at it, Scan & Go is terrific for the shopping experience. Check prices. Find items' location on the store map. And more. Checkout is a breeze. Pickup is a terrific service, just check the items as they get loaded. Feels to me like the company wants to please the customer, even for small stuff.

The refrigeration went out in the produce section. It was wiped empty. Today was not the best day there. 5-18-24 store was clean. Produce was plentiful and good quality. They finally fixed the latches in the ladies' toilets.
