Been with this pharmacy over ten years the best! Tried other Walmart’s but this one top notch ! Kudos to dena the cashier she is anazing
I like this pharmacy because they do their best to accommodate you. Not that they need to because they're short-staffed this one of the few places that you go where they apologize for your wait and that actually means a lot. Time is precious and valuable so them recognizing that you had to wait is a good touch
Haven’t even gone to the pharmacy yet and already wanting to take mine and my kids medications to another place. I called in due to knowing I had it set up to get text alerts when my medications are ready. So knowing I have moved recently and not sure if I had picked up from here recently I called. Went to add my insurance just in case and got the rudest pharmacy tech. I ask after verifying if I could verify that it’s set to sent me text notifications and she just said well your stuff is ready and disconnected the line before I could say anything past thank you.
Seriously sick and tired of this place treating me like an addict!! I'm a diabetic not a junkie they pick and choose who they sell needles to but for Christ sake I'm in a security uniform just because I have tattoos I get the bad end of the stick

Wish I could give negative. This morning I get called regarding one of my kids medications when I call back to find out I am told that they don’t have any information and that they didn’t call. Mind you I have a dated and time stamped voicemail on my phone. Then I call back and talk to a different pharmacist and get told because of the class of medication that it will always take extra days mind you one of my kids have been on the same medication just in normal pill form and it’s always been ready that same day. Just ready to be done with this whole pharmacy.
By far, one of the worst. No matter what, I will run into an issue getting a script here. The most recent was being informed that I couldn't refill until the 23rd, and that they would let me know when it was ready. Flash forward to the 28th, when I still haven't heard anything, and they inform me I can't refill until the 3rd. I called my insurance, and they said they have no idea why I am being told this, as what is needed is a new prior-auth from my doctor. This is one of many issues I have had with this place. To put it in a nutshell, it is by far one of the most unprofessional, unorganized, and a possible threat to someones health, as they have consist issues communicating with their customers and performing their standard duties.
The staff is really nice. However totally lazy sometimes hardly ever carts in the cart area and when asked about it the give attitude. But I don’t want to take away from some of the really nice workers in this store whom go above and beyond. Horrible traffic.
Employees were efficient and good interpersonal skills. I especially appreciated neil who was patient with my questions and even walked me to the area i was looking for.
I have never had a issue here the staff is friendly and always have awnserd my questions I live close to the one on Charleston but I will drive to Rainbow because of the staff I give u a 5 star in my book.
