Walmart Supercenter

I have seen over a short time this location change to not be customer service what so ever. Jewelry Dept. no one never behind the counter or even in the department. Then when they send someone over they don't know anything about the product except to ring it up. Beauty Dept. Based on several visits I had to always search for assistance, I had back surgery last month but needed some items, I like the ONE STOP SHOPPING. On May 31, 2018 I needed to pick up some items in the Beauty Dept., no one around in the Dept., couldn't do much walking, after 5 minutes I sat down on the bench outside of this dept. (thank Goodness), I called the store on my cell to get someone, then four people started heading over, the one girl walked over and I asked her why do the have Items as cheap as 3.00 locked? she said because of theft, I said you have a camera in this dept. she said no one uses them, ok then why not have a cashier, that is a good deterrence, she said they don't schedule one for this dept. Then I asked what happened to the little baskets you can use for items that can fall through the carts, she said they won't let her order them anymore. The whole conversation was total negativity from an employee that clearly shows its just a paycheck, no need to show customer service. What is happening? Oh yea they did away with door greeters, now they have so call security people, the produce department ran out of bags, so they put store bags to use. Big security risk.

Only 3 lanes open on 6/6/18 ay 3:30 in the afternoon. Store had about 8-10 customers in each line. The lady in front of me called 2 friends to complain about the wait time. The cashier was cheerful and going at a reasonable rate. Hire more help and pay those poor cashier a fair wage!

Isle layout is awful. Gridlock in produce. Narrow lanes. Also hasn't snowed in 2days and entry is narrow due to snow berms. I did self checkout and it kept saying to remove items. 3 employees watched another do a clean up. After calling out, one finally said someone would help me soon. She then helped 2 others and did nothing for me. Service at this location is the WORST I have ever experienced at a Walmart.

I use to work for this store in North Carson. Sadly to say, this Walmart has gone into the Toilet. Shelves are never Stocked, the bathrooms are always Dirty, you can never find an Associate in a Department, and Worst of all, Never enough Checker's!!! You use to be a Joy to Shop in, Not Anymore. Get it together North Carson City Walmart. I have Ended My Shopping Days With You as Of Today. I will be taking my Business Elsewhere.

This Wal-Mart on Retail Drive off of College Pkwy, is definitely the better of the two in Carson City. More selection and lines are typically less backed up than the one on Topsy. They can get long here too, but not like across town. Still, there's better options for grocery shopping, cheaper, less hassle, but if you need a Wal-Mart, this one is best here.
