This Walmart Supercenter is located off Rancho and Lake Mead. This store has a garden, pharmacy, clothing, electronics, grocery, games, crafts, home decor, and everything that you would need for your house. That have a section that is $5 and under. All different kinds of sales to get the best price for your money. Can find good deals here. Also have a eye glasses store, nail shop, and some other stores like Claires and Subway inside this location.
Would give zero stars if I could, employees here are rude and disrespectful. Asked for a Manger multiple times and refused to call one. My disabled sister was laughed at by multiple employees to the point she was in tears. Nothing was done about their mistakes or unacceptable behavior. No apology. Corporate was no help. Constantly transferring to different people and having to start all over. I'm done with all walmarts.
I have never been more impressed with an employee! Luke on evening shift/pickup went above and beyond to make sure I got my order for Christmas. I went to the wrong Walmart 2 x and he offered to stay late to ensure I got my item. He was extremely friendly and overall, Just amazing. As an employer myself, I can not say enough good things about him. He has changed my overall view of Walmart and employees in general! There are truly good people left in this world! Through my several calls he always was patient and had a smile in his voice and a smile at pickup. If you ever need a job Luke- please find me! Thank you again for the great service! And being an amazing person!
Adrienne and Barbara were the most helpful people I’ve ever met. They were so funny and their personalities were amazing. If Walmart had more people like them, I’d be there every day. I needed vitamins and makeup and between the two of them they assisted from start to finish and knew everything I needed and where it was located! Thanks ladies!
This one is pretty good. They stay on top of stocking and cleanliness. Only thing is, cashier shortage because they're all in the floor. But other than that. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up
I actually like this store, I only wish that getting some help in the Pharmacy department was a bit easier. The associates who've helped me have always been courteous, but perhaps by no fault of their own have almost always taken quite a while to respond to a request to open the glass doors to access what I need.
Security is serious at this location. One way in through automatic gates that swing open when motion sensors are activated by entering customers/employees. Exit through self check out lanes only. Usually have shelves stocked with products and kept clean.
Absolutely no customer service bad attitude from the employees let alone we are supposed to do self check which is uncool if I have to do their job I expect a big discount. A lot of employees doing nothing. Walmart sucks
Nothing like getting racially profiled in a Walmart. I'm waiting with my mom by the side waiting for my uber and an employee named Jessica comes up to us mentioning that "our transaction doesn't look like one". Great job Jessica because it was two. She asked to see both receipts and says "I just had to ask". Here's what to note: 1. Jessica worked in the liquor section in the front of the store tonight. Why did she need to see our receipt? 2. She said it was because she "Just had to ask" but from her angle, we did check out right across from her and it was not busy. I'm sure she glanced over at one point to see that we were checking out. 3. She followed my mom through part of the store and seemed surprised when we went by the "Card only" section instead of waiting with everyone else. Why go to a line when a section has no line to check out?! As soon as race was mentioned, all of a sudden, Jessica is the only person in her family that "doesn't look black". Okay, even if that's true, why did you need to ask Jessica? You're not the person checking receipts before I leave. Just something to think about. I'll be bringing this up with the manager as soon as I can but what a sad world we live in. You can't even wait for an uber without someone thinking you stole half your things. "Being black in America is great!" Said none of us ever.
I hope I'm posting about the Lake Mead/Rancho location. I mainly fluctuate between 2 locations. An employee named Barbara was really helpful when I rang to get an item on lockdown in the medical needs section. She knew right off the bat that the store didn't carry the item. We had fun talking. Latoya, who worked in the self service checkout, was helpful, too.
