Walmart Supercenter

General store appearance is dirty/messy with damaged and dirty shelving and floors. Men's bathroom needs a lot of attention having damaged walls a safety hazard as someonce could cut themselves on the exposed metal corner reinforcement, equipment and general poor appearance. Big difference between this and the Hoover location. That said, all employees I talked with were courteous and helpful, so two stars instead of one. I'll check back in a few months..

If you want to do a pickup order I wouldn't recommend it. They mark your pickup as complete before ever leaving the building. You just sit there and wait while hoping they bring your pickup order. And if you want to talk about the substitutions before they complete the order, they don't answer the phone. I tried to decline my substitutions because I ordered 2 gallons of milk and they gave me 4 quarts of milk which cost me way more money. There were two other substitutions like this, where I was paying more money for less food. I tried to decline but it didn't let me, and the app told me to decline the substitutions during pickup. Well I wasn't able to do that because they didn't answer the phone, and then they marked the pickup as complete without ever even coming out to put the groceries in my car. Absolutely ridiculous!

Placed an order online that was supposed to ready between 1-2. I get a notification that it’s ready and I’m in the designated parking spot and notified the attendant that I’m ready to receive my order at 1:50. I then wait 40 min for my order. During that time an attendant comes up to my car twice attempting to deliver the wrong order to me. I call back and they now have no history of my order. I then ask for a manager who miraculously finds my order and they have it out 10 minutes later. Upon arrival at home, I noticed the milk I ordered had opened and spilled into the bag and my car.

Store is dirty, boxes all over the place. Staff does not want to help. Online orders for pick up are a joke. Always out of what you want until you walk in to the store and the stuff you want is on the shelf. You buy products from the store get home and the boxes don't have the cords, wires or handwear kits. Several times now. This store need to be closed or new management.

The incompetency of the night shift tonight was quite disappointing. I was looking to get a price check on a TV and asked four staff members for help. None helped. I then proceeded to call the Walmart I was in, and the woman who answered the phone was of no help, and not to mention that she hung up in my face, I then finally spoke to the manager on duty and she was NO help also. I’m unbelievably upset about my experience at Walmart tonight. I will never be returning! Absolutely unbelievable!!

Greeter at this Walmart falsely told me I must consent to a receipt check and became well the hostile when I refused. It is perfectly within my rights to refuse to consent to a receipt check unless I have signed a membership agreement a la Sam's club or Costco. Walmart knows this and is simply trying to criminalize it's customers in a largely black neighborhood. I would say that Sam Walton would be embarrassed but honestly he probably be cool with systemic racism

It's Walmart. Out of what you want but plenty of other things at roll back prices. Only 1 self checkout lane in the whole place that accepts cash. No 10 items or less lane to expedite your visit. Takes longer to check out self or assisted Than it did to do the entirety of your shopping. Get what you pay for, a person to say hello to you when you could have them working another lane to give you a more pleasurable shopping experience .

The employees are nice and helpful, but other than that... It's Walmart. It'll always take longer than you think, and the self checkout is always molasses. Half of the items are sold out, and there's not enough people to stock them all.

Location is always out of things I’m looking for. Employees don’t care and are all over the place. Once, I got boxed in my parking spot by a long line of carts that an employee apparently just abandoned. On top of this, I’m standing in a long self check out line because there are no cashiers. And barely any of the self checkout stations work. Location is trash and I hope it gets better so I don’t have to driver further away.

Two days before Christmas and only 4 cashiers running registers... None of the scan and go worked.. Line in self checkout was about 40 people deep...and card only..
