Always clean and always has the items stocked up. The employees seem to take their positions with seriousness and exhibit a certain grace and pride for their assigned tasks. Every time I've been here, no matter who the employee is, or what they are doing, when I have had to ask a question, they always halt their task and either point out the exact isle my item is located, look it up on their device, or take me to it personally. I must admit the last option makes me feel a little too catered to, but I am not complaining. Merely stating that the associates here are very very good.
One of my items was forgotten in my curbside pickup the other day and the customer service reps allowed me to just go get my item and leave. No need to check back in with them. I wish my item hadn’t been missed but at least they made getting my replacement item easy enough.
When I went this morning they hardly had any of the groceries on my list. The chip aisle was almost completely empty. I think this location does more business than they can keep up with. The employees are all friendly.
Store was such a mess you couldn't get down several aisles, racks a disaster. We just left. Not worth the frustration. Can't claim you're short staffed when in 3 different areas of the store, 3-4 employees were standing around talking and laughing.
Customer service was closed for lack of staff. When I returned to store in an attempt to again return an item, they said it was past the date for return. I went then to get some fruits but changed my mind so when I tried to leave, the alarm sounded loudly, instructing me to use a different door. Had to go around the check-out area to exit. When I finally got to the right door to exit, lady didn't let me leave because I didn't have the receipt for the merchandise I tried to return. I explained to her I was returning the item but it couldn't be returned. She kept asking me to go back to customer service to return it. I felt like I was being held as a hostage. No matter how many times I tried to explain to her while I wasn't able to return, she'd not listen.
I love Walmart. I also hate Walmart. It's a necessary evil at this point. When you go in, keep your head down, don't make eye contact with anyone, just get in, get what you need and get out. If you have time go peruse the clearance aisle and you'll catch a deal on something you didn't know you needed. One more thing, keep your head on a swivel in the parking lot. The tight spaces and sub-par drivers make it a bit uncomfortable. That's all I got. Be well.
Long wait Mohammed that works in the pick up department gets 5 stars. Offered to assist me after he came from the rest room and that's what he did. Everyone else walks past you without an excuse me or asking how may they help you.
I have shopped at this Walmart in Westerville for 12 years or so and it has gone up and down. Over the past few years it has become increasing frustrating to shop here. Inconsistent in product 98% self check out not all that friendly of a staff. Now you not only search for the moving products, self scan when you can get a station that is actually working but have to show your receipt every time at the door. I get it if you have non bagged items but this has become ridiculous!!!! This evening will be my last time spending my money in this Walmart!
I’ve been waiting over an hour on a pick up order. WHY? The workers inside are laughing and standing around while there aren’t any available pick up parking spots because so many people are waiting! One girl had been here almost 2 hours! Get it together, then the rude black lady when you when you try to go in to customer to ask for help just dismisses you and starts yelling “call 1-800 walmart! Call 1-800 walmart!!” Like girl get your attitude together and respect your customers whom have been waiting ALL DAY.
I had been looking for a single cup coffee maker, fortunately I was able to locate this single cup coffee maker at Walmart. I first googled it and checked the price $19.99 excellent. When I walked into the Store they had ample supply, so I scooped one up as fast as I could. Thank you so much for always having what I need. Everyone, stay safe and blessed during this time.
