Amazing experience! I have been working with Holly for over a year post-op after a surgical procedure for lymphatic massage and she is a true master. You can really tell the difference in her techniques and ability to diagnose issues with her hands. She has also been a real emotional support through this time, always listening to my anxieties, concerns and fears. She is extremely patient and tailors each session to exactly where my body is at. I cannot wait to transition just to massages and other treatments for pleasure and well being! If you need lymphatic massage or any other TRULY THERAPEUTIC work done by a top of the line professional, this is where to come!
As soon as you walk in you feel the calm. The staff is genuinely friendly. I get medicinal massages from Holly. She is caring, definitely knows what she is doing. She makes my health issue more than bearable. I can't say enough about my experience here. They have many things to offer check out their website. Holistic approach to life and understand how our western medicine can be used together. I highly recommend this place.
Had been having back and knee issues for a long time, and the usual stretch routine wasn’t cutting it. I did some research about Thai massage after receiving one of Walnut Beach Wellness’ emails and decided to give it a shot. So glad I did - Lily knows her craft well, and is constantly adding to her repertoire with new techniques, depending on my pain points. She’s very attentive and very careful not to cause any *more* pain, always asking if I’m comfortable with the stretches. I try and go once a month, and I feel like it’s an orthopedic tune-up. I unintentionally skipped a few months and immediately felt the difference when I started going back on a regular basis. EDIT: Lily is no longer with the practice, but this place is still amazing!
Holly and her staff are amazing! Corrective Massage with Holly seems to be the only thing helping with my extreme back pain. She is so warm, knowledgeable, genuinely interested and patient! The atmosphere is so welcoming and calming! I can’t say enough about Walnut Beach Wellness! I can honestly say I’ll never go anywhere else!!
Holly is such an amazing and professional individual. She listens to what you say and takes her time to make sure to accommodate your needs. I have always suffered from odd Lyme related pains and I have been treated at Walnut Beach Wellness with massage and acupuncture. I thoroughly enjoy these sessions and I walk away feeling refreshed and pain free. I look forward to my next visit.
I had such a great experience with Holly. I always loved getting massages but i had forgotten how good it feels. This cozy space, the beautiful atmosphere and her magic hands made me not wanna leave. I cannot wait to go back and enjoy many more massages. Also try some of her special teas - yum!!

I am so glad that a wellness center has opened up in Milford! Holly the owner is so kind, helpful, and experienced. Every time I pop in with a question she is ready and willing to answer it. I have gotten many gifts for friends here. The space is clean, calm, and Holly is a true professional. I'm excited to try out her other services in the future.
I wasn't even aware of this place until I decided to try a Groupon offer for a mini facial and hand & arm massage. The Groupon was about to expire, but Jessica was nice enough to book me on what is normally her day off. It was absolutely wonderful! Even though it was only an hour total for the abbreviated service, I was so incredibly relaxed afterward. When I got home, my S.O. said I was glowing. Before I left, I booked another longer appointment. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommend! Now I'm also thinking about massage therapy. It's been years since I've had a facial or massage, and I didn't know how much I missed it, especially what I received here. Go!
I first went to Wanut Beach Wellness for a Cupping session. I was amazed by the increase in circulation and movement in my shoulder. When I found that they had a community acupuncture session, I thought it would be the perfect time to try acupuncture and it was fantastic. Everyone is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Walnut Beach Wellness and Boutique.
