Story

Hello! My name is Brian Walt! I am a creator/maker who wants to help you make your products, ideas, projects, models and sculptures into real physical objects; as well as offer my services of computer aided design to you. I have 3+ years of 3D printing and prototyping experience using Makerbot, 3D systems and Lulz Bot 3D printers and over 5 years using CAD. I am proficient with working with both PLA, ABS and other materials. Quality and detail is key to me. I also hold two certificates related to CAD design and the engineering field and also am attending college to obtain a degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in business.

I first learned about 3D printing a few years back when in a program at my Technical High School. At first the technology appeared to be a novelty to me but little did I realize there is a wide variety of applications 3D printing could be applied to...Once out of high school I started to attend college in hopes of obtaining a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Once there I was reintroduced to the idea of 3D Printing but this time in a real world application. I had discovered a research and development group that used 3D printing along side with programming to develop the latest & greatest quad rotor/drone technology. Once I observed and become part of this the light bulb went off. If 3D printing could be applied to such a niche technology like drone development imagine all the good it could do in the everyday world around us. It could help take ideas and concepts to the next level. Allowing many industries and people to prototype their own ideas at a fraction of the cost. 3D printing is truly one of the greatest tools found in the development stages of design. It allows for concepts to be made into physical objects, tested and once perfected sent off to manufacturing. 3D printing now opens the door much wider to who can develop new products and ideas that can make a big impact in the world.

The best part about all of this also is that if you can think it, I can make it. I really have no limitations to what I can print or design; it can be anywhere from prototyping parts and products to be manufactured full scale to creating art pieces that are unique to a clients request. Any job you have that involves modeling, drafting, manufacturing or 3D printing I can do it for you.
