I am so grateful for this organization and county resource. Without it, I would be homeless. I’m blessed to have a dedicated, efficient, and lovely housing specialist. She takes her time to answer my questions. I feel I can contact her about anything. It is a wonderful safety net to have as well. If things break, a concern isn’t addressed by your landlord, housing protects your rights as a renter. Thanks for all you do. Thank you 😊

Receptionist was lazy as hell. Didnt want to even get up or do anything. We have had to fill out three applications cause they would loose them repeatedly.

The receptionist is very rude, and at least in my experience lazy too. I asked to get my application for section 8 housing after getting our letter to come and pick up the application and she was extremely cross about insisting that there was no one in the office at this time to give it to you. Yet it was 2:30 p.m. and thankfully the case manager we had been working with on the phone overheard the conversation and brought it out. 

The receptionist never apologized to me for lying.
