Ward Parkway Lanes

It’s getting a tad dated, but if you are just taking kids there to bowl, it’s fine. I guess my biggest issues are that it’s pretty dirty. I don’t want to nitpick but I do not think they pay a lot of attention to the lane areas through the day, so if you arrive after a party or if they are super busy, be prepared with your own towelettes. Our area was really sticky. Secondly I guess the equipment is shaky. Our lane would constantly knock over the 10 pin when resetting on second ball and grease kept coming back on the ball. The kids had a good time. The electronic screens worked well. I just prefer some of the newer more trendy lane places.

Perfect spot for family or friends! Great selection of things to do and beer and food! Perfect no matter the weather, easy parking and near the mall. I'd call ahead in the evenings, but otherwise there's always a lane open.

Nice bowling center. $5.25 per game but after 9pm $12 all you can bowl. Cold beer and lanes are well dressed and maintained.

Been here twice. First visit about average. The last visit on 5/4/18 we arrived grandfather, uncle and myself to play pool. Not sure which side of bar to order on we went in around, and back out to original location all the while trying to get the service ladies attention at the counter. We patiently waited for customer ahead of us to finish his order which took quite a while. Our turn came up and the lady knew we'd been waiting awhile to get service looked at us and helped another customer. She allowed the other person to cut in front of us. Needless to say furious we left immediately. Not our type of establishment. Highly recommend NOT going there. We ended up going to Side Pockets in Lenexa. Shout out to them for having a better environment, music, multiple televisions, FRIENDLY staff. And even CHEAPER GAMES.I highly recommend checking them out as an alternative.

Stopped by this past Sunday and was charged for 2 extra people, then refunded, but now I'm seeing the incorrect refund amount on my credit card statement (was refunded for 2 games, but failed to include 2 shoe rentals). Would love to get that cleared up but I don't want to have to come in as I don't live close by WP Lanes. The cashier did give us 2 free games, but there was some malfunctioning with our lane during the first game.
