I found Tom Ward Plumbing on my NextDoor app. They were the highest rated and I needed a plumber fast. They came out within 2 hours of my phone call. TJ was very pleasant and professional. He fixed my problem in 15 minutes, using parts he already had to save me money. I will definitely call Tom Ward Plumbing again. UPDATE: they installed a garbage disposal a couple of months ago. I accidently dropped something in it that froze it up. They were here within a couple hours of my call, fixed it quickly, and wouldn't let me pay!

I used this company to replace my failing water heater and they made it a painless experience. The quality of the work is excellent, the techs were knowledgeable, the price was reasonable, and the customer interactions were all very professional.

I accidentally put a nail through a downspout while hanging a shelf. I called multiple plumbers all who said it would be 2-3 days and could not even provide an estimate. I found Ward Plumbing on google and they quoted over the phone a very reasonable rate for the fix and arrived within 2 hours as scheduled. They actually arrived a little earlier than they had planned as they finished the service early on another customer. They did the work very fast and had my issue resolved. Highly recommend this firm and will definitely use them in the future.

Tom Ward Plumbing came highly recommended to us, by someone we trust. Now we understand why! Tom and his crew came out to my house to fix a broken bath tub after trying to fix it myself, but ended up having to shut off the water to my home. Tom Ward Plumbing arrived when they said they would, were extremely knowledgeable and seem to care a lot about their customers. A high degree of care was taken in fixing the problem, and they also educated me a little bit along the way. The business is family-owned, with father and son working alongside other employees – that goes a long way in my book! Once the job was completed, I had Tom quote me a price for a couple of other projects we have on our radar – thankfully nothing as urgent as the tub! Tom Ward Plumbing also prices out their jobs fairly. It’s obvious to me that while they are in business to make money, they are not interested in gauging customers.
