The general manager and owner, Mo and Christian the sale rep were amazing to work with to get exactly what we wanted an an amazing price. I didn’t even have to negotiate and Mo took off an additional $300.00 more than the sale price. We bought a
Washer, dryer, and king size bed for my sons first home as a house warming gift.
In and out burger needs to find its own parking since this place will need all if it’s parking spaces given the outstanding customer service. Well done.

Excellent and informed service in the store. Brandon was knowledgeable and non-pressuring. There was a good selection of washers and dryers in the store, and the units we decided upon were in stock. The delivery and installation people were polite, experienced and efficient. Hauling away our old washer and dryer units and installing the new ones took a total of twenty minutes, and they arrived right at the agreed upon time.

They have a dedicated sales crew that explain the details of their products--plumbing a7 appliance staff are very knowledgeable. They try hard to find the best product fit for your needs. They also have great sales and free parking! Delivery charges are reasonable.

They were so helpful and efficient. They know their merchandise and they will go the extra mile to help. Ordering what I needed was a breeze and it all showed up at my house in a timely manner. Prices were great as well. Highly recommend.

It’s such a wonderful experience working with Mo. We strongly feel Mo, as a store manage, is not only just very professional , pleasant, he does also have great expertise dealing with people/his customers. This was our second time shopping at WDC Burbank. There was a promise that we received from the WDC salesperson during our previous purchase. We would really like to have the promise addressed right of way as it had been pending for a while. We addressed the issue to MO, since the
salesperson is no longer working at WDC Burbank. Mo was amazingly patient listening to us to decipher the issue and answering our questions. He put in extra effort working with us to resolve the issue by keeping our best interests in mind. To honor the promises we received without against company policy, he provided us with different possible alternatives. At the end not only were we very happy with receiving what we’ve promised for, but we also were so pleased with the new purchase of the additional appliances that we had been looking for.
With our sincere gratitude and appreciation thank you so much Mo for all your patient, truthfulness, professionalism and great help. Mo Hossain is absolutely AWESOME!!! I high recommend WDC Burbank.
