I could not be any more pleased with my experience! I found the freezer I wanted online, sent a message, and was immediately assisted all the way through placing the order and setting up, then expediting, the delivery. The delivery experience was top notch with punctuality and professionalism from start to finish.

On the front end, Colleen was superb, helping me place the order. On delivery Jesse and Josiah were awesome. They provided amazing customer service and did an outstanding job taking care of all the little things. I had a more complicated adjustment of appliances, and they took the time and care that was needed, definitely should be requested. The care and attention to details and customer service is top-notch! We started with a big box store and you are just not going to receive this type of service anywhere else. Speaking from personal experience. Thank you Warners’ Stellian, you definitely are the appliance specialist leaders.

Great delivery, very transparent pointing out a dent in the freezer door, ordered a new one free of charge. Sales experience was good too. Not pushy to get me to buy high-end stuff. Felt a little rushed but that’s on me for not doing enough research, and also going to the store like 30 minutes before close Definitely recommend these guys. I always assumed big-box stores were cheaper, but WS basically had identical prices as Home Depot. They were plenty communicative about delivery and owners manuals/specs via email/text as well.

Warmer Stellian online purchase and home delivery was great. Got the product we wanted and a good price. Delivery and install were handled perfectly.

Our tech today was Anthony. He should get employee of the year award!! Came to adjust an uneven door, but he noted water leaked onto the floor. He knew there was a common manufacturing error on our GE; foam plugged the drain tube, 2 month old refrigerator. He knew what to do, cleared it and all is good. Despite defrosting two 3" thick slabs of ice he left our kitchen clean and dry. EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!!

The store helped us find what we wanted because it was not in the store but very helpful to go through the catalog to get the LG product because of the reliability that we have experienced in the past with LG

Had a good experience and will definitely recommend! They hauled my old dishwasher away and unpacked the new one and installed it nicely. They also moved the new stand up freezer into my basement nicely as well, great company and people and I'd definitely buy from them again.

We ordered a full appliance package for our condo, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and fridge. The removal of the old and installation of the new could not have gone more smoothly. Great experience. Thank you!
