They did a good job on the outside of my car. No issues. The inside of my car wasn’t clean out fully. Carpet wasn’t vacuum adequate and everything wasn’t wiped down good enough. Still left fingerprints and dust.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Overall this place is pretty good, but don't come when they're very busy. This place is so insanely busy on a nice day, so just go to a Marathon and come back here first thing in the morning on a Tuesday. Or some other off peak hour. That's when they have the time to make your car SHINE. These guys work so hard, but it's easy to miss things when you are slammed and there's every car in Baltimore City lined up to be washed. Plan your car wash accordingly.

Wash works is not the same anymore and I drove from Owings Mill’s where me and my woman just purchased our brand new home. So I got my lady car washed today and the super clean was not available. I’m not happy with that neither am I happy that after getting my lady car washed , her car was not fully washed/cleaned at all. I should not have to ask the workers to vacuum and wipe down the interior & exterior of her car after paying for it to be cleaned. I’m so disappointed for the lack of service because I’ve been coming to wash works for a long time. Also the man power is not the same I guess because of Cody’s I guess I will just have a car detailer come to our home to detail our cars for a larger price since we don’t live in the city anymore.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Was just there, feel like their work has gone downhill. Had to clean my dashboard & driver side door myself and had to take it back through because they didn't vacuum an entire section of my passenger side front carpet

Service has declined. The cleaning is mediocre..and they didnt have enough staff to provide me with the extreme clean...I was there at opening..however they are fast...

Very disappointed I have been to WashWorks for years and never had anything stolen out of my car I had a gift bag in my car to take to my church they stole everything in the bag and left an empty bag when I got to church to take the bag inside to present the gift the bag was empty I also asked not to have my back cleaned they didn't clean the back they went back there and stole my gifts they had no reason to go in the back of my car thieves you have thieves working there it used to be a decent place to go to get your car wash but nothing is safe even if you do have signs posted at that car wash just a bunch of Thieves Thieves plus my car wasn't cleaned I still had marks all on the passenger side one window wasn't even clean ot touch they was so busy stealing they didn't even clean my car properly a bunch of Thieves I paid almost $32 to get my car washed plus a tip the Bible says Thou shalt not stealServices: Auto interior vacuuming
