Wash World

CANNOT recommend. Used this facility for a while when I first moved here. Wasn't sure how long until I got a washer/dryer, so I kept my card around $20 or so. Managed to get a washer and dryer and went in to get my card refunded. I was told that the owner does NOT ALLOW this. So I have a card full of my money I cannot use or get back. The attendant said I would still have it if my current units broke. Unfortunately, that's not happening. Should anything happen to my Washer/dryer, I will NOT be returning here. Never anyone on duty in the afternoons, machines broken without signs, vending machines almost always broken, numerous people talking about stuff being stolen while I was there, and the owner won't let you get your money back. If you need a laundromat, I'm sure there are far better alternatives. Go with one that's coin op, or has a policy of returning unused money on a card.

I go here weekly to wash clothes right now but last time there was no one on duty per usual and I lost money on a dryer due to no one putting a broken sign on it. The dryer took my money but wouldn’t start. There is no number to call and the sign said no one would be there until 7 pm and it was 11am. They can do better in attendants being present and keeping their bathroom presentable.

An entire load of clothes was stolen from me and apparently others also had their stuff stolen by the same guy,I went to talk to an employee or something and no one was there, just a sign saying if my stuff is stolen it's not their fault. So I can't ask for them to check the cameras or anything. I'm never going back here, ever

The signs posted say that your card will work at any of the locations, but it doesn't. This one only takes their card and is generally clean. I've been to another Wash World that took cards and coins but was messy. This one is my favorite. If the 3 closest to me that I like.

Some washers and driers were broken and completely it’s not cash only, you still have to get a laundry card. Other than that not too busy and clean

Went to wash a huge load of large blankets. Alot of the dryers were out of order, but the ones that worked were in good condition. The washers were a reasonable price.

Clean, well lit, lots of parking,machines, and tables. Love the free wifi. Very convenient that you can use credit/debit cards as opposed to just coin. Only thing is that you must put at least $10 on the prepaid wash card if you use a debit/credit card, but if you plan on coming back that's not really an issue. Looks like the washers range from $3.25 for a small one to $5.25 for an extra large one which is pretty fair to me. Dryers are 25 cents per 6 minutes but they're large and heat up quickly.

The place is so clean 90% of the machines work there's almost always an attended on duty. Also, young lady that was behind the counter was incredibly kind a great disposition.

This is a very clean and safe facility. My clothe come out of the dryer without the weird dryer " smell" you find at other places. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The place is well lit and problems are taken care of immediately. I have been there in the mornings, afternoons and evenings and never had to wait for a machine to become available . I prefer the early mornings though because of the low traffic. I think the prices are fair and I love that they have a drop off option for just 1$ a pound. Definitely would recommend!

I had to do a wash here while waiting on appliance delivery at home. I found the fees reasonably priced and the appliances in good, working order. I would rate higher, the on staff attendant is very helpful and pleasant, but the loitering and loud music in the parking lot is ridiculous. I would not recommend going for a wash here in the evenings.
