EDIT: I am updating to 4 stars because of the response only. I returned a call to Paul who took care of everything, apologized, and had much grace and understanding for the situation. I very much appreciate a company who will make things right after a mistake, so this changes my impression very much. Thank you Paul! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Just had the worst experience ever with this company. I called twice to verify the parts were in before driving from Hutchinson. Mariah told me they would be at will-call. When my wife arrived, they did not have one of the parts even though they "had seven in stock". The person at the counter was extremely rude and unhelpful, and sent us out not even offering to cover our gas. Barely could muster an apology and took 0 responsibility for their problem. Don't EVER buy from this company. Such a scam. Don't care 1 bit about individual paying customers. Pathetic excuse for a business.

I'm just a residential customer and have purchased from them over the years. They are always knowledgeable and professional and friendly to the small customer as well as the big. This particular time we only needed a $12 item, but they were professional like it was a high-ticket item. We live 70 miles from Wichita in a small town and the representative found the least expensive way to ship it to me it was free shipping, and shipped it the same day. I can't say enough good about this company. Highly recommended. I just found out through looking at these reviews that they sell appliances. Guess where I'll be purchasing my next appliances.

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable. I will continue to shop with them for any of my other needs. Just repaired the dryer last month and the washer this month. Hopefully we are good fir now , taking comfort in knowing that they are there if i do need them again . Highly recommended...
