I havent bought a car from them but I have purchased parts and dealt with the service department. Everyone there is so friendly. The mechanics are well mannered and knowledgeable, the service writers are very polite, the gentlemen in the parts department are efficient and easy to work with, the cashiers are friendly, and the salesmen are polite and recognize me even though I haven't bought a car from them. Overall the best dealership environment I've dealt with as a consumer. My next car may not be from them, but I will certainly stop by to look, as it just might.

Very prompt attention for oil change and recall. Still no resulution with the dual-clutch transmission issue that is a corporate issue!

I gave it 2 stars because 1, I was approved for a loan, and 2 I got a car. I wouldn't recommend being a female & attempting to get a car here. The guys are quick to take advantage of your lack of knowledge, so ladies do your research if the men in your family aren't willing to man up & go with you. (Ahem). Make sure you get a detailed print out ensuring the parts on the car are in the shape they are claiming they are in. Otherwise, when the warranty is up they'll blame the driver & BOOM ya just got screwed. This is my second time getting a car here. It was a battle making sure i got a good deal for being a second time buyer but that didn't matter and I got no deal. I do like my car, but I wouldn't say they provide the greatest quality service to their customers. Also, my second car had a recalled airbag & they were going to sell it to me until i brought it up & demanded they fix it. Ummm. Not today Satan. Won't be getting a 3rd car here. 😛
