Booked a quick trip to NY from Bethesda through Wanderu which had Washington Deluxe as the carrier. Once arrived at pickup location the driver still hadn't arrived on time or minutes after. No update was sent to the customers in regards to delays or cancellations. Had already paid customers waiting around in the summer heat questioning if we just got scammed out of a ride. I've taken several bus vendors but this by far the worst. Buses are supposed to be present wayyy before departure time. Not having customers wait. Scam behavior.
Bad customer service, does not respond to emails. Very mean busdriver.
