I cant explain how unprofessional Alex Hunt is - District Manager i believe he is to be. Basically last day he was set to be here at Bailey Middle School needing to sell insurance and a lot of pressure was given towards me to get the insurance that i personally did not need at the time. I never gave consent to accepting or genuinely ever said YES to wanting the Insurance to Alex Hunt. A week later got a packet sent to my house stating my insurance was enclosed. Right away i contacted Alex Hunt and asked him why this has occurred and Alex Hunt referred it as to "accidentally submitted". Top of that , money was withdrawn from my account. I was under the impression i would get helped by Alex Hunt to sort out my situation but days turned into weeks of no communication. I had NO HELP what so ever, i personally had to go online, call phone numbers and figure things out myself. If i could rate this mans professionalism and integrity it would be a 0 out of 100. Totally bad experience - in hopes that this gets to who ever needs to read this and addresses the problem to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Very inconvenient. Very time wasting. Very difficult. Very vexatious.

I can’t even begin to tell you how awful this company is. Please for the sake of your family & yourself don’t use them for anything. I really believe they should be investigated for fraud!! My grandparents had multiple policies threw this company & when my grandfather passed they wouldn’t give me any info about them at all. I made them aware of his death & they still withdrew money from his account! Who takes money from a dead person! This was just the first of many terrible things to come. I had to contact the bank & have them stop payment all the withdrawals from his account & the bank started an investigation on them. After that they wanted to talk to me lol. They then mailed me a refund which I placed in the bank & then they sent me a letter stating it was a mistake. I called & they informed me if I didn’t refund the money they would turn me into collections! I’m so done with this company. Never want to help can’t get a straight answer from them. They even tried to tell me they didn’t have a SS number on file for my grandmother! How do u not have a social on file for a member that’s how you identify a person. I asked the women how that happens & she responded good question & never answered it!! But they sure had her checking account information! I’m not done with this place I will contact whom ever I have to, to make sure this doesn’t happen to other people!!!!

Absolute worst company I've ever had to deal with. Was told by my original agent that my policy would cost $30 per month and that I was able to cancel online. I was billed for $28.80 then a few days later received another charge for $157.00. Removed the policies from my account online and then was charged the next month. Called the company and a new rep said that I had to mail a letter in which would take around two weeks to process. Highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

Complete ripoff company. I wrote a letter to cancel my policy effective May 1, 2018, which would have been 23 years into my policy. In todays mail I got a check for $73 less than it should have been because they went ahead and cancelled now, ripping me off for a year of reimbursement by not waiting a week to cancel like I requested in writing. Do not do business with them, I'm so sorry I did. The phone call I made to find out I had to make the request in writing was a nightmare also. The representative kept telling me things that weren't true. I asked for her supervisor and never got one. She finally came back and said she'd made a mistake. In addition to all of that, my agent told me I would be refunded 100% of what I'd paid in. That wasn't true either. I've never dealt with such a bunch of lying crooks. I thank God I never had a claim, I'm pretty sure they would not have paid it. Just say no to this campany.

Horrible company. I would say they need to be investigated for fraud. We have attempted to get a correction from a mistake they made on our policy for over 6 months. We have called our agent a minimum of 10 times he will not handle it or contact us back. Also, called the headquarters 4 times and they do not offer any help just simply hide behind “everything must come through your agent.” Contacted a new agent who promised to be of help twice and he will not help or contact us back. I emailed a complaint on their website and still no response. I will be contacting the state board of insurance and filing a fraud complaint. Do not purchase insurance from them!!
