The customer service at Park Potomac is horrible. The staff were incredibly rude. Recommend going to INOVA if possible, they were much nicer.

Staff named Christina was very rude. She proceeded to talk over me, give me the wrong information, had the WORST attitude I've ever experienced. When I asked to speak with her manager, she proceeded to hang up on me. When I called back, she said I hung up on her. I never got the manager's name or was able to talk with her.
