We had a pipe burst in a stud and they were able to locate the leak, perform the water mitigation services in a timely and professional manner. Slav was respectful and efficient and worked around our schedules, he kept us informed on the work he was performing. Washington Restorer made a overwhelming situation better.

Washington restorer was recommended to us when our water heater broke and we had a subsequent water leak. Sean came out the first night at 10:30 pm to begin the drying process. He arrived early the next morning to get the next steps going. Subsequent apts were made and he would call before scheduled time to make sure it still worked for us. Very knowledgeable, polite and was kept us well informed. Would use them again.

Had a great experience with Sean and Alex. Sean was on time, professional and really knew his stuff. I liked his work ethic and really appreciated the fact that he called before he came over every time. We had water damage due to a leak from the upstairs plumbing and Sean helped isolate the problem in addition to setting everything up to get it professionally dried. He professionally taped off the area and covered it so that it was really isolated to one space. Their service really saved us from dreaded black mold.

Worked with a tech named Myroslav. He was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. He promptly fixed our plumbing issues and handled all of the work communicating with my insurance company to make sure everything was covered. Would definitely recommend to others, and would absolutely do business with them again!

Our plumber recommended them when our septic system backed up and flooded part of our basement. Myroslov came out the same day we called to assess the damage. Keep in mind this was the week of Thanksgiving. He was great to work with and made sure all of our questions were answered. He worked quickly, neatly, and communicated well. Mitigation went really well and we're currently working with Alex and Vlad for repairs. Update on repairs to come....
