I've been seeing a chiropractor since I was 10 years old for hypermobile ribs and a fused disc in my neck. Both Dr. Gregory and Dr. Banou do an amazing job that helps alleviate my pain (as opposed to just trying to control the pain with pain killers). I usually see Dr. Gregory but while he is on vacation I see Dr. Banou. They both have a long history in chiropractic care. While their methods of adjustment might vary slightly, they both do a great job! The staff is also wonderful at squeezing me into the schedule. I only go as needed (about 1-2 times per month) but I'm usually in so much pain that I need to be seen as soon as possible. I am usually able to get in within 48 hours and the only reason I wouldn't be able to get in would be my schedule. Also, the late hours are really helpful as someone who works in healthcare and has to see patients 8am-5pm. I would definitely recommend both doctors to anyone!

I have seen chiropractors all of my life and can say unequivocally that Dr. Banou is the best.  I've seen her for over two years and my life is better for it. She genuinely cares, is thorough and absolute pleasure to see every time. Go see her, you won't regret it.

Dr. Banou is an amazing doctor and really helped me recover from a high pain level due to a Lower back disc degradation. Specifically,, the laser treatment and decompression work has been instrumental in my recovery. The nurses are kind and thoughtful. highlyrecommended!!!

Ahhhhhh, sweet relief. I've been to this practice several times over the years and they are always 1) good at patient care, 2) friendly and kind, and 3) easy to deal with administratively. What more could you want?

Dr. Banou and the staff at Washington Spine & Disc are amazing—all very friendly and professional. Most importantly, Dr. Banou's treatments are alleviating my chronic neck, back, and arm pain (which resulted from years of working at computer with bad posture). I suffered through and ignored the pain for far too long. It feels great to finally be on a road to recovery with Dr. Banou and her staff!
