Scott and crew are the best in the business and made an awful experience into one that I frankly didn't ever have to worry about again. Will not only use them again but tell all my friends about what great work they do.

Let me tell you a good thing first, they are quick to respond the first time for water damage mitigation. Alvin & Scott especially are courteous and patient with you to set up times. However when it comes to restoration work their contracting department [Mike] is rude and wouldn't want to work with you. They want to share the estimates directly with the insurance and not discuss with you anything with you. I really had the worst experience in terms of customer service once the estimates were approved, they took it for granted. I pulled out and gave the contract to someone else which added extra time to the project. I would never want to deal with them again and if possible you should avoid them too. There are many others in the area who have better reviews and feedback.

WWD came to our house within 2 hours of my call. They had the right equipment to save my hardwood floors and dry out the 4 rooms that flooded. They removed all the damaged flooring, drywall, moldings, and wet insulation from under the house. They came back every day for 4 days to check equipment and test for wetness. Overall, they did a great job and I'd use them again but I hope I don't have to!

Worked with Washington Water Damage to help gut and clean out a piece of old family property I acquired. There were elements of water damage, fire damage and it was pretty much Mold-city, USA in most places. I was lucky with my Google searches finding these guys because they handled everything I could have possibly needed. Their crack team of damage-destroyers went above and beyond cleaning up a piece of property that is very sentimental to my family and me and because of them we can now begin to rebuild.

A life and time saver for it your ever have a serious or even minor flooding problem. They were able to clean up in a few hours what would have easily taken us an entire weekend.
