We rented a 20 yd open top container for a job site and were charged a total of $2,492.19 for rental of 2 months, and only one dump.  They charged $550.00 for an "inactivity charge" because we did not request a pick up within 30 days of service.  When I called to complain, they took off the $550.00 off the bill, then charged $936.58 to pick up the dumpster.  I will NOT be using WASTE MANAGEMENT again and will recommend any one needing a dumpster to look elsewhere.
