Waste Management - Charleston, WV

Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with, they will go weeks without picking up my trash. They make excuse after excuse for why they didn’t pick up.

I pay my bill and Waste Management doesn't pick up my garbage. This is a recurring problem. When I call them, I get excuses.

After a month of no service due to flooding, I called last week to resume my garbage pickup...was supposed to resume today...my garbage is still there...not surprised, but disappointed...now it has to sit for another week I suppose. You can do better WM.

Been trying to get a trash can removed for over 3 months. Have called for removal more than 10 times now, and the normal trash pickup won't take it, it's supposed to be some separate truck that despite being told "They'll get it the first of the month. They'll get it tomorrow. They'll get it by noon Saturday" it's still sitting at the end of my driveway. WM is either incompetent or has some vendetta against me for god knows why.

Been waiting for second trash receptacle Since the beginning of September still haven't received it but sure have been charging me for it every month , I am thankful there was at least one trash can here where I moved or I guess I wouldn't have any if there wasn't that one here!
