Waste Management

I've had good service thus far , but when I called 2 have a recliner removed I was informed that they don't offer that service. I don't understand that? Aren't they the waste management service ?

Waste Management is the worst trash service in Springfield. I have had multiple issues with the service and it is impossible to talk with a person to resolve the problems. I regret that I signed up for their service, especially since they charge a ridiculous fee to cancel. I would give them a zero, if it was an option.
