Waited in line 45 minutes to find out at the scale that they only accept cash/checks. Please put a sign with this info at your entrance so as to not waste people's time. Or better yet, update your systems to the latter 20th century and accept card payments.

I really wish I would've read the reviews before going here. I did away with recycling service at my home due to crushed glass being left in my driveway/road where my children play. Since then, I've been searching for a free place to drop off recycling. I read online that I could here and there would be personnel there to assist. When I pulled in, I quickly realized I was stuck in a long line with no place to turn around. So we waited and waited for about 30 minutes. Luckily there were signs directing me to the recycling side, because there was no personnel there. The gentleman before me helped me out, but also warned that the container was full and hadn't been emptied in a while. I had to back up what seemed to be a mountain to unload my trunk. They apparently do not monitor what is thrown in, because there were many grocery bags, food covered recyclables, and even a bag of straight garbage. On the upside, it was free. It's truly no wonder that people throw all their garbage away and don't do their part to help take care of planet. It's sad really that there aren't easier ways.

Never had a problem. Very professional. Go early to avoid lines and ask the great lady who works there what to do if you don't know how things work.

Ive been to many other dumps before and this place is the most a** backwards unorganized place. Been sitting in a long line for 30 min just to unload a pick-up truck....
