Over 6 weeks, multiple calls for delivery of trash container. Just sent email to customer service and cc'd County Administrator Betty Carlisle.

UPDATE - Waste Pro responded very quickly to this issue and it was resolved same day within a few hours. Thank you

I've been requesting a trashcan for a month now. I'm seeing a lot of reviews from customers who have experienced this same problem! We shouldn't have to write bad reviews just to get service!!! I wish we had other trash pick up options in petal.

Moved into a house 2 weeks ago. These are the excuses I have gotten so far as to why I haven't received garbage can: "someone called in so there haven't been deliveries made," "it's trash day so there is no one making deliveries," "they are very busy but you're on the list." Busy doing what? Not putting out garbage cans that's for sure. This is getting ridiculous. Receptionist is nice but the actual service is trash. Pun intended. Calling them gets you nowhere.

Moved in a new house a week ago and put the trash can out for pickup. Waste pro took the can and has not returned one. I have heard every possible excuse as to why they can not make it out here. Any possible way to get an external service in Petal. Waste pro is trash.
