Watchtower Cafe

I love this place, and I visit every time I'm in Salt Lake City. Not only are their drinks amazing, but they've got some pretty kickass food as well. (The grilled cheese sandwich?! YES PLEASE!) But what makes Watchtower my favorite joint in northern Utah is its atmosphere. It's a place for everyone. As a gay man, this a place I feel totally at home in, but what makes that amazing is this isn't an LGBT-specific cafe. It's just one that welcomes everyone. Cool art, friendly staff, a collection of comics, and delicious drinks make it my favorite coffee shop / restaurant in Salt Lake County.

Really cool place to hang out. There are old school arcade cabinets, board games, comics and lots of room to hang out without feeling crowded or over run by noise. They have places for studying, places for socializing. Quality drinks and personable staff. My D&D group played here for a change of pace and had a great time. We'll make an excuse to play here again.

My first time here and it was awesome! Staff is very friendly, people that visit are very chill and relaxed, games, books, arcade games, just fun all around! Great service! Will definitely go again!

Better than Starbucks. Caring staff that takes time to make recommendations. Really cool environment with lots of different types of spaces to focus or socialize. Fantastic atmosphere.

I love love love Watchtower! They have so many cool ways to kill time and be with friends. They also have all sorts of things to bring the community together. I met Mike and Cori at a cross stitch art show. They were so friendly and welcoming! Go there and support something local and unique!
